⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – Faulty Product & No Customer Support
I am extremely frustrated with both this robovac and the complete lack of customer service.
From early on, the unit has repeatedly stopped after 10–15 minutes with a “bumper bar stuck” error. I have thoroughly cleaned the bumper bar, checked for obstructions, wiped sensors, and reset the device multiple times. The problem continues.
The whole purpose of purchasing a robovac was so it could operate while we are out of the house. Instead, it shuts down within minutes and is completely unreliable. It cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Even more disappointing is the total absence of customer support. I have emailed multiple times over the past two weeks and have received absolutely no response. No acknowledgment. No assistance. Nothing.
A faulty product is one thing — but ignoring customers is unacceptable.
At this point, I cannot recommend this product or this company based on both performance and after-sales service.

Robot my Life - Purchased a PoolBot 150 online worked for 15 months then stopped working. I contacted customer service via emails 7 in total and called the support number as per their website 6 times 6 tickets raised and no one has called me or returned my emails (7)
This product has a 2 year warranty, after waiting for 5 weeks I have now requested a refund. Still no contact from robot my life. I have contacted several repair agents who will not look at this product due to me purchasing online. I was told that this particular repair agent has received over 30 phone calls regarding the same product. Save your money

I had a problem two weeks after i purchased the Legee Q10 pro. There is no customer support - as in they do not respond to emails and there is no direct number to talk to these people. Purchase at your own risk
Purchase a Moebot S10
Purchase a Moebot S10, and in less than 10 months use it stopped charging properly. Was promised new charging plates in Sept/Oct 2025. Did not arrive. After sporadically being able to run the mower due to the charging issues the front wheels fell off just before Christmas 2025. Robot My life have no customer support. All telephone lines lead to a recorded message telling you to use the website. They have refused to cover the front wheels under warranty so not going thru Consumer affairs to get this sorted. New charging plates arrived after I told them I was going thru Consumer affairs at end of January 2026. Makes no difference though as I cannot use it without the wheels.

Customer service is non existent. You cannot call them, they request an email with your query and send back a generic thanks for your email we will respond shortly. 3 months i have been waiting for my product with no contact from seller. Went back to paypal to request a refund. 3 weeks later get an email advising product is with australia post. Another couple of weeks product arrives. Not what i ordered, cheaper product in its place. Still waiting for them to respond to any of my emails. I dont even rate their customer service 1 star..
Robot-my-life are a disgraceful, dodgy company. Do NOT order from them.
I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from Robotmylife.com.au in December 2025, and used the 4 payment plan through PayPal. By early January I was getting very concerned when the product didn’t arrive . There was no response to emails (3 in total) or numerous phone calls to any number I could find. Impossible to talk to a human. I contacted PayPal in early February and lodged a dispute. PayPal gave the company until 11/2 to respond. 0n 7/12 an Email announced the product was on its way, however it was not one I ordered and was $200 cheaper on their website. The delivery email showed a contact phone number which was disconnected. I advised the company (by return email and phone), PayPal and Australia Post that I would not be receiving or signing for the product if it turned up. PayPal immediately instituted a dispute with the company.
Today I was notified by PayPal that they had found in my favour and my money would be refunded. I am so grateful for the service provided by PayPal. I am cured of internet shopping forever.
Genuinely upsetting and unethical experience.
Product failed to work well from initial purchase. Returned for repairs, was with the company for several months, continued to malfunction after "repairs", lost map every day, would turn in circles lost, or simply not run at all even after "troubleshooting" completed.
Business was very slow to respond to contact attempts, responses were days and sometimes weeks later. Apparently software and hardware failure doesn't come under warranty... Proceeded to send a repair quote of several hundreds and an alternative offer to purchase the newer model for the same price as the repair - absolute nonsense.
Over 6 months since initial contact and still no resolution, regretful purchase.

Pre paid for a Hobot window cleaner in November 2025.
The company implies it has an NZ presence- it does not.
Order acknowledged then nothing.
Repeated attempts to contact failed as website contact is ignored; direct email to advertised contacts is “undeliverable”. Phone goes to voicemail and tells you to contact via the web.
One month later tracked down the company director and emailed him resulting in a message saying their warehouse is out of stock are waiting for their supplier.
No indication of availability or delivery.
On that basis the order was cancelled and a refund sought.
No response.
3 months later my bank is now processing a chargeback.
Look at the positive comments in trust pilot and you’ll note they are listed about the same time and glowing - when most others are stories similar to mine.
Even though the products may be good, be warned that robotmylife is a scam.

If I could give a ZERO star rating for their Customer Support and Warranty procedure I would. Lodge a claim for the unit in November 2025. and it is now February 2026 and I still chasing this up.
Have used the email procedure, which they initially reply and ask for pictures and more pictures. Once they are sent they advise it is being sent to their technical people for assessment. Then you are to take more pictures with a label they have "sent" but it never arrives. You reply asking for it to be sent again - nothing by crickets - no reply - no further emails - no mysterious label.
So you call the number and process through the choices to get to Support, only to be informed to leave a message with your Name and Contact number and they will call you back - a week later and we are still waiting just for the call, let alone the mysterious label to be sent.
Please note, should you buy pray that it never fails you and you need to get something sorted under warranty.

The product itself is great, the Moebot Acre Eater tackled my 1000m2 slopes block beautifully. Customer service was unresponsive to the extent that I was concerned it was a scam, especially after reading other reviews. They appear to have recently started using ai customer service which may explain that part. It took a month to receive the order, and took several days for customer service to respond to several contact attempts, which concerned me because the website said dispatched within 2 business days. Smooth sailing once they sent the correct tracking number. Loving the robot mower so far! Great quality and functionality, especially at that price point for a fairly complex lawn

The robot mower i ordered was not delivered. No tracking number was issued. I tried contacting the company several times and spoke to a robot. Tickets were raised to pursue the matter internally but then i was told the order had been cancelled and there was no refund.
Scam Company! Do not purchase!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. That’s what they deserve. I’ve contacted them over and over for the last three months about my broken robot (less than a year old) and they refuse to engage.
We need to band together and go to fair trade. This company should not be allowed to sell products in Australia, or anywhere else.

Poolbot B 150 Pool cleaner worked great for 2 weeks then decided not to turn on. Contacted company 5 weeks ago & had no response. Cannot talk to anyone and have raised 2 tickets but nothing. Would not recommend buying from this company, have asked how to return for a refund.

Saw an add around boxing day and bought a window cleaner. Its now 4 Feb 2026 and still no product. They have almost zero customer service and you only get automated emails back. I really dont mind paying for something i want what I pay for! I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Terrible scammy company. No ethics, sold me a broken machine, was promised “we’re better than others because you have a local service team you can call anytime” and then no one answers. manager cambell dodges my phone calls like a coward

Scammers! I got a RobotMower with a 30days satisfaction guarantee. When I asked to return it as it kept breaking down, they stopped contact me and don’t reply to emails or call. I’m now commencing tribunal proceedings.
Do not buy from Robot my Life
I wouldn’t give this company 1 star but I had to to be able to write the review. Do not waste your money buying anything from here. It took 7 weeks for my pool vacuum to arrive and once arrived it had worked twice and now will not charge or turn on. Customer Service is the worst you can’t get a reply
Buyer be warned
I have purchased two Robot My Life products, and both stopped working just after the one-year mark. When I tried to get support, I discovered there is effectively no customer service at all. Calling their phone number goes straight to voicemail, and messages are never returned. Emails receive no response.
They do not honour their warranties and make it impossible to get any resolution once something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this company takes your money and then disappears when support is needed.
Do not waste your money. I would not recommend Robot My Life to anyone.
