AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

An absolute joke of a company - flooding instagram with ads over Black Friday and in the lead-up to Xmas. An order from late November is still processing and I have sent endless emails, created numerous tickets and nobody responds, messages or calls back. The AI robot on the phone line thinks 2025 is in the future, so that tells you a lot.
Do not deal with this company, who will no doubt be out of business very soon anyway as clearly they're treating everyone this way.
Obviously if they can't even deliver things how will they deal with warranty claims or problems.
Avoid at all costs.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - no Guarantee


PoolBot B150. Don’t Believe the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Hoax.
I bought this product (19 June 2025), $699, on the understanding as advertised on their web site that there was a “30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, Try the PoolBot B150 for 30 days, risk free”. Although the product seemed to work there was too much handling for my liking, continual charging, emptying the basket etc I found my old suction cleaner much more convenient. I requested to return the product after 14 days under their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. The product was returned and approved for a full refund by the company. This was not an easy process and it took 3 months!!… lots of stuffing around and unnecessary delays. From them on I requested the refund for a further 3 months !! again lots of delays and no reply to my emails, Clearly, they were just going to ignore me and hope that I would go away. On 20 January 2026 I engaged a firm of solicitors who wrote to Robot My Life IP Holdings Pty Limited setting out that if I my refund wasn’t forth coming action would be taken in the Courts and the Department of Fair Trading. On the 26 January 2026 I received the $699 refund. 7 months of stuffing around this company clearly had no intention of honouring their 30 Day Satisfaction guarantee. Don’t use them.

If there was a minus 1 rating, I’d give the company and product that!! Won’t reply to emails, robot in ‘customer service’ useless, product is poor and app is the most frustrating thing I’ve encountered. Scam 101..do not touch this company or you’ll lose all round!

Please be cautious Robot Your Life

Please be cautious if you are considering purchasing any products from Robot My Life. Based on my experience, this company supplies poor-quality products and provides very poor after-sales support. I purchased a PoolBot B300 Cordless Pool Cleaner on 30 December 2024. At first I enjoyed my pool cleaner ( sold my Kreepy Crawly and hose) but 5mths later the 10 June 2025 the unit wouldn’t charge. Contacted Robot My Life, Paulo talked me through some troubleshooting which was followed by 44 emails since June 25’. $1,100 and 7mths on and I have not seen a replacement or a refund. Like everyone else I am now putting in a formal complaint to QLD Fair Trading.
What makes this situation worse is the customer support was forth coming at first, and then very difficult. Their technical support phone line is no longer manned now, and all support requests are no longer responded to.
I had a friend go to their premises and Robot boxes were stacked up but they wouldn’t answer the door, ever though the blind and window was open upstairs. So decided it was no use in sending registered mail from QCAT and a waiste of money if no-one willl accept the mail.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The product quality is unacceptable, and the after-sales support is effectively non-existent. I strongly advise others to avoid Robot My Life and look elsewhere.

RobotMyLife won't respond to me and their products have malfunctioned within the warranty period

My PoolBot150 started malfunctioning towards the end of the warranty period. RobotMyLife sent me paperwork to fill out and had to accompany it with videos of the PoolBot malfunctioning and what I'd done to reset it. 3 months later after saying they were going to repair it, they said they were going to send me a "new one". Well it turns out it was a reconditioned one and started malfunctioning after 2 months. I have been emailing ever since, which is now 2 months and I have not received any reply to any email. I've sent many emails and opened a support ticket. You can't call them, they have no phone number. In addition I've been waiting for 4 months for a replacement basket for my Pool Skimmer I bought from them, the skimmer has also now malfunctioned and wont work. They've not replied to my emails about this either. This is why you never review a company until the warranty period is up. People review them when their product arrives, its working and they're all happy. Problem is once you've given a company a review, you can't review them again

This is about Robot My Life's service

This is about Robot My Life's service. THERE IS NONE! If you want to contact them and to speak to a human for any reason. Forget it! Mission Utterly Impossible! You absolutely cannot get past their robotic phone receptionist. At one stage I even pretended I wanted to by a product just so I could get to speak to a human, "could somebody call me back please" - Nothing!
When I discovered so many negative reviews about Robot My Life and then also realised that these cordless robotic pool cleaners seemed to have a life span of only about 7 -8 months I decided to cancel my order.
I cancelled the order one day after purchase but it took many no-response phone calls to the robot telephonist and many emails through their website (only to receive generic generated emails telling me B/S.)
Fortunately I paid through Paypal, they started a dispute on my behalf.
I got a refund, it took 84 days and I reckon if Paypal hadn't gone to bat for me I probably would have never got a refund.
Don't buy from Robot my Life, they are at the very best unsafe and at the most – scammers
Robot My Life is a perfect example of an absolutely pathetic way to run a business and how to totally ignore their customers! – Shame on them!

Don’t shop with them

This company is not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted. No product arrived even though they said it had been sent. You can only talk to a robot. Even when you ask to speak to a person finally they give you a number which when you ring you can press 1 or 2 both again are answered by a robot who says fill in a form online. Weeks later and still cannot contact them even though the robot says they will ring

Robot my life breaches Consumer…

Robot my life breaches Consumer Warranties. Purchased Pool Skimmer December 2024, it suffered a major failure in May 2025. After weeks of no or slow email responses, going through hoops to 'prove' it wasn't working, they took 3 months to issue a replacement unit after refusing to supply a refund. The replacement broke down after 5 weeks of actual use (completely), Weeks of slow or no email responses, offices unattended, they only grudgingly engage each time Consumer Affairs Victoria calls them but then immediately start stalling again. They still haven't been able to effect a 'return for inspection' in over a month so it's sitting here, a $500 door-stop. I can confidently state the breach consumer law because they manifestly did (and were thoughtless enough to put it in writing) so I can prove it as factual.

Avoid Robot My Life: Poor Quality and Non-Existent Support

Please be cautious if you are considering purchasing any products from Robot My Life. Based on my experience, this company supplies poor-quality products and provides very poor after-sales support.

I purchased a PoolBot B300 Cordless Pool Cleaner on 9 Feb 2025. During its first use, the rubber seal on the filter box came off, and the cleaner repeatedly lifted itself off the pool bottom while moving forward. I contacted Robot My Life, and after more than a month, they arranged a replacement, which arrived on 9 Apr 2025.

Unfortunately, the replacement unit was no better. After only a few months, it stopped charging and would not power on. Although they arranged for the unit to be returned for repair on 13 Aug 2025, I have still not received the repaired unit as of today 6 Jan 2026.

What makes this situation worse is the lack of customer support. Their technical support phone line is no longer manned now, and all support requests are forced through email. Despite sending repeated follow-up emails, their technical support has failed to respond. My only option now is to seek assistance from NSW Fair Trading to have the cleaner repaired and returned to me.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The product quality is unacceptable, and the after-sales support is effectively non-existent. I strongly advise others to avoid Robot My Life and look elsewhere.

I purchased a Pool Bot B300 pool cleaner Stopped working after 3 months that was April 2025. Was sent back to be repaired and im still waiting now. No one is returning my emails and no luck when trying to call them.

S100 PoolBot Complaint Ticket no 67266

I bought S100 solar powered pool cleaner. Less than a year , its debris collection basket mesh was tearing and broken. Have tried to call Robot Mylife. No one is answering and directing write or message them via their website. I wrote my problem, and attached photos of this pre matured failed basket. I was informed I will get a basket, but take some time because needed to get it from overseas.

I am waiting for this now , more than one year, nothing happened! I didn’t receive replies for my last messages! Initially they issued a ticket number for this complaint. It is 67266.

Do not ever interact with this “company”, i seriously don’t understand how theyare still in business.. from not processing paid orders to not replying to any sort of communication it’s just ridiculous.. i know if my robot mower dies under warranty i won’t get any support.. they just ignore you until you give up… wow.. seriously wow
