Hiding behind a bot isn’t very business minded and almost a scam Now I won’t buy from this company again Next year when I have time I’ll be informing the ACCC of the work practices also read the other reviews and they are saying the same thing about this company

We Purchased a Ultenic T10 Pro robot vacuum, after 5 mops it stopped working, mop heads are like new, we reached out and are being told to purchase new mop heads as they suggest that is the issue, if I have to purchase mop heads every 5 times I mop either the product is very poor or the company I purchase it from are avoiding a warranty
I believe the company I purchased from should have to look into this, not charge us to buy new mop heads, absolutely rediculous
It also took this company 6 weeks to reply to an email

I bought an $800 pool robot from them online in October. When I purchased it, there was stock online. Immediately after purchasing it I got an email saying it was out of stock and would be sent from the warehouse in 1-2 months. I replied via email saying to cancel my order and refund my money. I then only got automated emails in reply or saying it had been sent to accounts and no refund, despite sending 8 emails requesting the refund and checking the status. I only got my refund as I reported them to the PayPal resolution centre. 2.5 months of hell-don’t recommend…

Do NOT purchase from this company - ordered PoolBot Skimmer Dec 3 with an auto response email after purchase and nothing but autobot responses to 5 emails and 4 phone calls with no product tracking information nor product. Have now started the charge back journey with the bank. Disgraceful customer service especially given this is an Aust company. Should have read the scathing google and trust pilot customer reviews prior to ordering - please everyone learn from my mistakes.

Non existent customer service - Stay Away
I ordered a pool robot cleaner in mid November, was informed by email that stock would be in a few days. End of November received email that due to black Friday sales stock would be shipped in 11 - 13 days. ( The Robot was not on sale during Black Friday sale) Now over a month later no robot, impossible to talk to someone. Impossible to track via their tracking number. Will need to start following up with card company. Steer clear people !
Robot My Life is a Scam
Ordered a robot window cleaner that never arrived. We were sent a tracking number so contact the transport company and were informed that they were issued with the notice to deliver the product and they provided a tracking number for the job but the next day Robot My Life cancelled the pick up so the product was never collected by the transport company.
Tracking my order on Robot My Life shows my order as complete.
If you try to contact the company all you get is an Autobot email reply or AI on the phone if you ring. You cannot speak to a human and there is not follow up service.
This place is a scam.
Once they had emailed me the tracking number they cancelled the transport company pick up. Kept my money and the product.

Extremely disappointing experience and nonexistent customer service
I ordered a pool robot in November after seeing the company advertised on Instagram. After several weeks with no updates, I started calling to check on the order status, only to be met every time by an automated system — never a real person. Growing concerned, I requested to cancel my order and have the payment refunded to my PayPal account.
Like many other reviewers have mentioned, I was told someone would call me back. That call never came. Despite numerous follow-up calls and emails to their so-called support team (which, ironically, offers no actual support), I received no meaningful response. Eventually, I got an email claiming the item had shipped, but when I tried to track it, the shipping number provided was invalid.
Every call ends the same way: the automated system promises the issue will be “escalated” and that a manager will contact you. This never happens. I am now forced to pursue a refund through PayPal.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Save yourself the stress and do not waste your time or money with this company.
No customer service
Ordered from this company a month ago. Initially got told out of stock & would be available early December. Received an email a week ago titled "your order has been shipped" however nothing showed thru their tracking link & goods haven't been delivered. I sent an email 3 days ago asking for update & have not got a reply. I tried phoning this morning & got AI chat who couldn't tell me where order was or put thru to a real person. But did promise to put in an urgent call back request which would be done today. As I hadn't had a call I called back insisting to be put thru to a real person, was told couldn't & was given another number. Which I called only to get a recorded message & was then hung up on.
WIth my experience to date I would avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered my product in September, got in December. Only generic automated responses to my many emails requesting and update, no way to call and speak with them horrible customer service. Would not recommend using this company. I have no faith in there after care/warranty should something go wrong with my $1200 investment - stay clear
Product never arrived
Product never arrived, however credit card was charged immediately for the goods. Despite emails and phone calls - the whole system seems automated there was no phone call or email reply. A text stating goods dispatched that a cannot be responded to but nothing arrived. Had to go via credit card to have charge reimbursed.

BEWARE - Scammers!
Utterly useless. Paid over $1,000 for a pool cleaner, and they never sent it. All I got was a 'confirmation email' - and when I tried to get in touch with them, they never responded to my emails. Just radio silence. I would highly advise people to buy from elsewhere - these guys are absolute scammers. Doubt I'll get my money back via the bank - so let that be a lesson for anyone else thinking of buying from these thieves!

I ordered a s100 pool skimmer. No shipping details provided no responses to emails either. Luckily I paid via PayPal Lodged a dispute right away and was reimbursed within a couple of weeks. Only got the 2nd star as refund was given

ordered s100 pool skimmy the 1/12 25. got the order confirmation straight away, no other communication. send emails 4 times with no reply. very difficult to find contact phone #. automated customer service. really poor communication and customer service. has asked for a refund twice. find a number 4 days ago and was promised that someone would call the following day, still no response.

Terrible customer service. My pool skimmer stopped retaking charge in less than 9 months of purchase. When no response to support email - my follow up email was an apology and told each new email puts my query to bottom of the list. I asked what was an acceptable time to wait for a reply. Surprise - no reply.
I am going to Victorian Consumer Affairs. Such poor behaviour!!
