Avoid this company at all costs! I have a second Pool Vacuum unit in for repairs and it's been over 8 weeks. No response or communication for weeks now. I have just reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC.
Buy from somewhere else
We got a pool skimmer 12 months ago and it has stopped working. It is still under warranty but trying to get in contact with them is impossible.

If you think about using this company, don’t!!!! The mower was great when it was working, but to get any help when there is a problem, non existent!!!!! Absolutely terrible to deal with. Has no customer service only an automated system. Ordered an item on the Saturday then left numerous phone messages and emails to cancel the order. They sent it anyway then have never replied to me since. Had to contact Australia Post to return it to sender. Robot my life has done nothing and no refund. Will be contacting consumer affairs. Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible!!

Purchased an ultenis t10 lite. Waited 6 months for new replacement bags. Told put of stock. Cancelled order but told they're coming and did new order in March 2035. August 2025 and bags arrived and they weren't correct for my model of vaccum

Very Poor Warranty Service and uncontactable
I have an issue with the my Legee D8 which is just on 12 months old and still under warranty. I lodged a ticket 30 days ago and have had 2 response emails telling me what to do, i have followed the instructions both times with no improvement. i have heard nothing in 10 days. you cannot contact any humans as all their contact lines go to automated answering but no-one calls you back

Bought a lawn mowing robot November 12 that still hasn’t arrived. They send me a tracking number that is still pending today. After two weeks of continuously trying to get information and only their automated emails telling me the order is shipped, I tried calling their customer service number. All automated and no getting through to a real person at all. I then received an email from Paulo instead of the promised call back. “Paulo” informed me that the product was sold out when I ordered and they’re waiting for more stock from the supplier. That was 2 weeks ago and now I don’t get any responses anymore.
Obstructive customer service
I bought a hobot s6 pro, and some accessories in April. They arrived and the hobot h6 pro didn't work properly, with one tank leaking and the machine wouldn't suction to the window correctly. Despite contacting them immediately, they didn't respond. After several attempts they eventually responded and said I'd had the unit for more than 30 days so wasn't eligible to return the unit. They are still to provide me details on how to return the unit for repair despite many many emails and is now December. I also haven't received the correct accessory pack. DO NOT PURCHASE from them, it's just not worth it!

I’m purchased a poolbot 150 in June 2025. Worked well until 2 weeks ago. When the on / off button ceased to work even though it charges up. Have emailed multiple times with an auto reply saying they will be in touch and have made numerous phone calls. Still waiting to hear a human voice . Don’t waste your time or money on their products.

I just received it this morning and was very easy to set up, it already done all our lawn and very happy with outcome.
after paying for the sunseeker x3, I got online after 2 days and i saw so many reviews on robotmylife which scare me, i called john and he was happy to refund me the money, but i felt he was an honest person after we spoke in detail.
well, I took the risk, and I don't regret it. it's a great robot and my experience with robotmylife and John was great.
if anything, I strongly suggest robot my life will get rid of that AI over the phone and put an actual person .

Abhorrent after sales service!
Bought a B150 pool robot that was great while it worked, but my God once it failed and I tried to get support it all went pear shaped. Aftersales support is just appalling ... 11 weeks in from my first approach and I can get no response on where my robot is and whether they intend to fix it under warranty. DO NOT BUY from these people.
When will this company be held to account?
My experience in dealing with this company is the same as posted by others. And given that their long history of complete failure to meet their legal obligations with regards to Warranty repairs, it is disappointing that they have not been held to account by the relevant regulatory department.
I happen to have a relative that lives in the same suburb as their service (haha) department. He is going to pay them a visit and demand return of my pool cleaner, even if still faulty.

Which i dont understand how they can take your money for something that isnt even available to purchase . Since that email I have sent a further 3 emails asking for a estimated date of stock arriving , then an email requesting a refund but have had no replies . Starting to wonder if this was a scam 🤔
