If you are in the same position try dispute process through your payment provider and definitely contact consumer guarantee/ fair trading avenues in NZ or Australia. TERRIBLE SCAM OF A COMPANY!!

Created a new support ticket and a month on have an expensive brick like cleaner sitting next to my pool. No answer to ticket either.
Website is down, phone is unanswered and Facebook messages are ignored.
Am filing for VCAT as someone needs to hold these guys accountable! Very shoddy business!

We purchased a Legee D7 6 years ago and have been and still are happy with it. There were some teething problems when it was mapping our house, but after sending debugging info and video, that was quickly sorted in the next software update.
Every year I ordered new mats, filters and brushes, and had been happy with the turnaround.
Up until now it would have been a 5 star review!
Now the reason for the 1 star... This January (10th to be precise) I did my usual order, and at time of writing (24 April) have not heard a thing despite several emails and raising tickets on their system.
Are they broke?
By reading latest reviews I am guessing RML has gone out of business, no spam emails for a few weeks also. Damn no mower repair then.

I bought a Moebot 10 robot mower from them on 17 January. After many coms and promises from them, I finally got a Post Office notification , that they have shipped the item. It never arrived. I asked the Post Office and they advised that the item was returned to the sender, on request from them, and got prove from the Post Office that the item was delivered back to them. Warning stay away

Do not purchase anything from this company. We purchased a robot pool cleaner and after only 2 months it stopped working. We cannot get anyone from the company to contact us after logging multiple tickets as requested by this company. We are now left with a cleaner that doesn't work with no alternative now than to log a claim with the Office of Fair Trading. This company should be closed down.

Unfortunately I had no option but to give one star.
I have been chasing a warranty claim with Robot My Life since January 5th. That’s nearly three months of intermittent responses, long delays, and weeks of complete silence. Every attempt to get clarity has been met with excuses and vague promises.
I’ve escalated this to the Office of Fair Trading yet the company still cannot resolve a straightforward warranty claim. At this point, I am left with no choice but to lodge a QCAT dispute.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s a deliberate exercise in dragging out problems while hoping customers give up. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or sanity.
Bottom line: Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

It took months for my vacuum to arrive, but it worked well enough. What they didn't tell me is that it required regular replacement parts, and then they have since failed to ever provide those parts. The first time I got a refund. The second time they took my money and ignored multiple emails, phone calls, and form submissions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pool robot worked well for a period and then failed within 12 months. Been trying to claim warranty since January. Still have broken robot and no reply for weeks. Disgusted with lack of communication and honouring warranty they advertise. Avoid!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE.....
In October I purchased the S100 robotic pool skimmer. Everything was going great until the fine mesh lining in the skimmer basket has broken down and has holes in it. The device is now useless as the fine materials the skimmer was catching are now going straight back to the pool. I have attempted twice now to make contact through their automated customer service platform. Receiving "ticket numbers" each time. I have heard absolutely nothing from them.
PS - the skimmer basket is not covered under warranty - how convenient.
Perhaps a call to ACCC will be my next option.
