In summary, I ordered two 1-piece bench seats and two 1-piece backs for an outdoor sofa. I was sent 12 individual pieces that don't fit properly. I have gone through roughly 10 email exchanges with them with no resolution. I would recommend to everyone not to order from them to save yourself a headache when the wrong or inferior product arrives. You will avoid a headache.

Ordered items on 7/18/25 with a delivery date of 8/4/25 initially. Delivery date has been pushed back multiple times with most recent update of 8/28/25. It is 9/4/25 and I have no items or tracking. Multiple emails and phone calls. Nobody is able to find my order or the tracking but claim it was completed.

i would give patio hq zero stars if that were an option. cushions ordered on august 4 with a stated delivery date of august 19. the order showed as "in production" on the website. i wrote the company on august 27 inquiring about the order and was told that it was shipped. several emails from me followed requesting a tracking number. today i was told that the order was never produced. i cancelled and requested a refund.

I purchased a cushion from them because website says "Made in USA" I wanted to support a US company. My order was shipped from India! Their website is a lie, I also checked the address they show where the business is. It's a different company they buy from and have shipped out to consumers.

Communication is good IF you're the one making contact. I paid for expedited shipping. My order was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago. It is now Labor Day weekend and I was planning on having my new cushions by now.
I will update this review once the items are received to let you know my opinion of the quality

Awful and misleading product. I ordered a full cushion for my outdoor bench. They sent me a cushion cover with incorrect measurements. (You heard me right...they sent just the cover, despite me ordering the full cushion, AND they sent the wrong size) Now they are arguing with me and trying to charge me an additional $113 to get a foam cushion over which to place the incorrect cushion cover they sent me. An absolute sham of a company.

It was a customer service nightmare! Ordered 6 outdoor seating cushions and two custom bolster cushions. Used this site because of the pricing and because they were "Made in the US" - 1411 Enterprise Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446, USA The only customer service reps I could speak with were from India and I could not understand them with their heavy accents, very difficult to communicate with some very nice people.
When I randomly spoke with a state-side rep I came to find out that the cushions are "sometimes" outsourced to India. Another rep told me my cushions had been shipped and were coming from Illinois - unfortunately this was not true!
Then I received an email saying that my order, except for the bolster covers, was never placed into production ( even though the order status said it was)! This was 5+ weeks after I placed my order!
I cancelled my order - too many red flags! On the search for a new nation cushion source...one I can trust!

They failed to send 4 pillow covers in a larger order and one cushion came without foam inserted. Too much foam and cushion is lumpy and asymmetrical.
Contacted several times.
They keep closing my inquiry, not allowing me time to respond .so frustrating
I am hosting a wedding and don’t have time to play games. I gave up on the foam issue
They will not even acknowledge my request for a refund for the 4 cases that never arrived. Thievery

I have been waiting for a partial refund of $90.00 which was promised as a result of refund policy. The policy is not clearly written resulting in a product I can not use. So, not only is customer service less than professional, but I'm still waiting for my refund.

My custom cushion order placed in May 2025 was scheduled to arrive in late June. I have placed many customer service calls and emails and have been promised shipping. I was even given tracking number which they created by the company but they have never provided the actual cushions to Fed Ex to be shipped so it just remains in limbo for weeks now. I assume this was done just to stall and appease me. They have told me this is not a scam but I have alerted my credit card company all the same. I am not convinced that I will ever see my cushions, which was an expensive order and paid for two months ago.

I have called, emailed, tried to chat to no avail. Placed an order for replacement cushions on 4/26 that never shipped. I have checked my SPAM folder - nothing. I noticed the website has been rebranded - when I typed in my order #, it showed "no orders." I hope this is an anomaly because how can you run a business this way? Clearly others have had better luck.

Placed order on 4/2 with expectations that it would ship by 4/18. Called on 4/25 to check status. Was told it would ship by following week. Called multiple times the following week and left messages with no one calling me back. Called week before Memorial Day and was told it would be expedited that week. Order did not arrive and I had to borrow patio furniture from neighbors for our Memorial Day event. It’s a week later and I’m expecting delivery today. No follow up, poor customer service. I hope there are no issues with the product when they arrive. Not likely to purchase from PHQ again.

I have been hunting for the rightsize quality cushions for a couple months now in a specfic color. I took a chance and ordered from PatioHQ and could not be happier. I'm getting measurements now to do a custom order for my outdoor couch.
The replacement cushions are top quality and a perfect fit for my deep seat sectional. The 28.5 x 28.5 size is difficult to find. They came quicker than expected with scheduled, top notch delivery. Great purchase!
