It was easy to find the size and shape I needed for my loungers. I got a great deal including a discount and the quality of the covers is excellent.

I inadvertently ordered a product from them. The product is still in its original packaging. I've tried multiple times to contact them regarding a return and refund but haven't gotten any response.

I needed some bespoke covers for my outdoor heaters, I sent the wrong measurements on a couple of occasions, the team were very patient with me.
Finally I received covers which were perfect, very well made and extremely good quality and value.

am extremely disappointed with the product I received. I purchased the garden curtain expecting it to provide privacy and disguise the fact that garden furniture was being stored behind it. Unfortunately, the material is practically transparent and does not serve the purpose described or expected.

In addition, the delivery was significantly delayed and took several weeks to arrive, which added to my dissatisfaction with this purchase.

I contacted your company regarding these issues, but I was disappointed to be told that no refund or credit would be offered. I do not feel this is acceptable given that the item does not meet reasonable expectations for its intended use.

Buying from this company was great. The correspondence to get the measurements correct were excellent. When received the product, which was a triangle, I thought that the depth from the top of the triangle to the middle of the bottom side would be longer. I was afraid it would be too short but luckily it fit perfect. I will remember next time to include that measurement. Other than that, the quality is great and the craftmanship is too.

Very responsive and felt valued customer despite relatively modest purchase. I was seeking bespoke size covers, with arcs and curves so rather tricky. We both persevered and I’m pleased with the resulting product. Very impressive. Thank you.

After finding my order and seeing the dimensions of my door that I provided in that order, I have found that I gave a width that was 2 inches more than the actual door width. This error occurred because when I placed the order, I measured the width of the screen door that I was replacing and NOT the actual width of the door opening. The error was mine and not the fault of Covers&All.

Cover took 2 weeks to dispatch, no comms at all, and then when it finally did arrive it was ~40% oversized, which is basically useless for a fitted cover.

We ordered 175cm round fitted cover.

We received a 290cm fitted cover.

I raised a ticket asking for a replacement or refund, and they responded (after 5 days) that it was within their 'tolerance' and that no refunds would be issued.

This is against trading standards law in this country and I will be pursuing this with all my spare time.

The cover has been supplied with holes that are not equally spaced which just looks awful!
Also requested within 24 hours was to have the holes spaced as requested on the width, but was told this was not possible as the item was in production, which was disappointing.
