We ordered what we thought was going to be a replacement curtain from you but when we got it the grommets were not the same size as the previous curtain we ordered from you. Which then turned into a whole todo. We thought we where just going to hang the new curtain. Very disappointing.

Great experience with Covers & All, easy to order with really good options and once ordered great comms on progress and status. Delivery was on the originally advised date and once received, the covers I bought were excellent. The right sizes and they fit perfectly. In summary, I will use Covers & All again 🙂

After two failed promised delivery dates from this company, still no update as to when I will get this order. Customer service is shocking, no updates at all.
Be aware… I will certainly never use this company again….

I’ve had quite a few different covers made by you now and been delighted with their performance!
I had no idea you also made seat pad and cushion covers, which I needed new. I didn’t hesitate in placing the order with you for these and they’ve not disappointed! So very well made, double sturdy zips and breathable insert, fantastic price & quality, delivery didn’t take long at all, thank you so very much. I recommend you to anyone that the conversation may come up with, also if I see people in garden centres looking at covers, I can’t help but recommend you instead🤭

Pleased with experience
The measurement tool helped get a custom fit. The cover came quickly, less than two weeks, despite being fabricated in India. It seems to be a good quality cover; time will tell.

Replacement pool cover
Although the end result was very much appreciated I still feel that the first response in compensation to the reported issue was a slap in the face. All in all I am happy with the end result, but I think a more realistic and reasonable offer would have earned a 5 star review.
