The cushions are a good density. The Sunbrella fabric mostly fits well, except a few covers are a bit loose.

I got the back cushion but it’s not the measurements I provided. It’s too small for the chair back. I have tried to call CS on several occasions even before I placed the order but sat on hold for at least an hour or more waiting. Not sure if I want to try this again or try another company. Very disappointing.

I ordered two custom cushions and tried to contact them for information about the filling and delivery. I never heard anything. The call stayed on hold and the chat wasn’t functioning. I don’t think this is a real business and have no idea how to get my money back.

Wrong size product awful.

I have contacted Patio HQ as the fabric in cushions sent is too tight and the they dont look right and they havent contacted me back. This cushions as they are now are no good and look bad. I may have to order somewhere else.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from this company. They (reviews) seem to accurately reflect a theme. My order was due to arrive today, but did not ship. After a lengthy wait on hold (with the grammatically challenged recording noted by other reviewers), I got someone who told me they had "unusually high orders" but had to check on the status of my order, and they'd get back to me (within 8 to 12 hours). I then got an email that my order (totaling approximatley $1500) was moved to "on hold" with conflicting status info and a request to contact them to proceed. Since then, no success in contacting them. If I manage to get a favorable resolution, I will post here. But at this time my advice would be to not order from this company.

Threads kept getting caught in the zipper so I turned the cover inside out. There were hundreds of threads some 12” long. I had to do the finishing work for your company and I was not happy. Very poor service!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I have never experienced this level of repeated dishonesty from a company. What started as a simple replacement request turned into a two-month nightmare of broken promises and complete disregard for customer service.

Here is the full timeline:

— March 1: Placed my order for a custom sized patio bench seat cushion set.
— March 22: Order arrived. Upon inspection, the cushion inserts were approximately 6 inches too long to fit into the cover, and were unusable.
— March 25: Contacted PatioHQ to report the issue and request a replacement.
— April 1: The replacement was approved and I was told the replacement would ship within 3–5 business days.
— April 12: Still no shipment. Followed up again and received the exact same shipping in 3–5 business day promise.
— April 22: Still no shipment. I stated explicitly that I would request a full refund if I did not receive tracking information within 5 business days.
— April 30: No tracking information provided. Instead, I was offered a 20% refund and told the inserts "will be shipped soon" — the same empty assurance I had already received three times.
— May 1: I was promised that the replacements would ship and I would receive tracking information by May 5th. I accepted their offer for a partial refund. They did not respond to this at all.
— May 5: No tracking information. No refund confirmation. No response whatsoever.

That is five broken commitments over the course of six weeks, with total silence when the final deadline that they provided was missed.

To make matters worse, this bench seat cushion was part of a custom matching set. Because PatioHQ never delivered a functioning replacement, I now have to reorder the entire set from a new vendor entirely at my own expense — a cost and hassle that falls on me due to their failures.

Five broken promises. Zero accountability. Do not shop here if you expect them to stand behind their products.

Patio HQ is the worst customer service…

Patio HQ is the worst customer service experience i've ever had. The first thing you notice with this "organization" is that their voice recording grammar is completely erroneous. A hint of how the entire "business" operates. I had told them verbally in March that their voicemail while on hold grammar was completely incorrect not to mention painful to listen to, repeatedly. Yet there has been no change and we are in the month of May and counting. So I ordered a set January 21, 2026. The original delivery date was February 9th. It did not arrive. Several calls and emails were sent to PHQ and they made excuse after excuse.

Order Never Got Processed and Was Never Notified

I ordered 4 patio chairs on 4/19/26. It is now 5/4/26 and my online order webpage says the chairs will be delivered tomorrow. Come to find out, the order has not even been processed!! I had to contact Customer Support twice to speak to someone for whom I could understand their dialect, and Luna (who would not disclose where she is located - it's not in the US. Their address online is in Suwanee GA but their FB page says Illinois? ). She could not even give me an accurate anticipated delivery date, never mind when the order would be processed. She claims that they have been very busy and overwhelmed with business, but this is no excuse not to let me know there was a problem. I requested a cancellation immediately. BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you receive accurate info when placing your online order and insist on getting updates, since what is showing online was not accurate for me.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Was supposed to get delievered last week and it says it’s still in process. I chose this company because it said it was made in the USA but it looks like from the reviews it comes thru customs and ships from overseas. Order placed and supposedly put in queue with a specific delivery date. Although the delivery date has long passed, the website indicates production has not yet started. Sometimes that happens, but the company will not answer or respond repeated calls, email or chatbot inquiries - which gives me no confidence that the company will follow through with this order.

Worst Cushions I've Ever Seen

I'm a professional manufacturer of outdoor furniture cushions, so when I saw the prices PatioHQ was charging, I was curious how they could be so competitive. I asked several questions of them before ordering a pair of small cushions to see the quality of their work. They responded to my questions as follows: “We use high quality zippers”. The zippers are the only reason they earned a star. However, the zipper ends are finished in a manner that won’t last long.
“Yes, all raw fabric edges are professionally finished.” THEY ARE NOT!!! The edges are a mess. If the covers are cleaned or removed for any reason, the seams will not hold up.
“Our cushions are proudly made in the USA… Our India operations are limited to logistics support only.” According to the message I received from FedEx, the cushions were shipped from Ghandhinagar, India.
“We focus on premium craftsmanship and a precise fit for every order.” This is probably the worst “craftsmanship” and “fit” I’ve ever seen. The inserts are too big for the covers and cause the cushion to bend. These cushions are completely useless. They look awful and won’t last more than a few weeks.

Disappointed. Not Worth the Price

The cushions I received are very low quality. The foam insert is thin and when I sit on it I can feel the hard bench beneath me. For the price I paid I was expecting a higher quality of product. I will have to add my own layer of stuffing to get it to fill out to the full 3”. Not only that it is very hard to track
Your package once it is shipped as your order status page does not contain any tracking information.
