I ordered replacement cushions for my sun porch furniture. These cushions are well made, very nice and umbrella material is beautiful. The order came very fast.

An update... 4 years later: The swivel-rockers and small table that I purchased in early 2021 (and delivered in August 2021) have been sitting out on my front porch for over 1800 days. It is all in great condition... and the sunbrella cushions look practically new (when I shake off all of the tree pollen). These guys are the best! Great service, great product, great price. They are the "Real Deal"

We love our new cushions. We have a patio set that is about 15 years old and in good condition, except for the cushions. We considered replacing it but what we saw in our $2000 price range was of poor quality and we knew it would not last very long. We decided to just replace the cushions and tried a few from Amazon but none of them were acceptable. And then we found PatioHQ. They had all of the sizes we needed, great fabrics to choose from and design options we wanted. Cushions came via FedEx within the time frame originally estimated. We are thrilled with the decision to keep our original furniture and give them a refreshed look with new cushions. Everything about them exceeded our expectations.

Delivery driver was good.
It would be good to get more than 2 hours notice that the delivery truck was enroute to our house.

We received our beautiful cushions in a timely manner, They fit our furniture perfectly. The website directed us to the cushions for our particular furniture manufacturer, making it easy to order the cushions we needed.

I placed the order on the phone. He did a great job guiding me through what needed to be measured, counted, fabric selection, etc. I paid on-line, and got a confirmation of payment and an estimated date of delivery. The delivery was a full month past the estimated date. The "tracking" system never changed from "order received." I wrote texts and didn't get answers for a couple of days, then called and spoke with the gentlemen who helped with the order. Within a day, I had a delivery date, and your tracking system started working. When the status changed to "At local site: you will be recieving a call to schedule delivery. Two days passed and I call the company responsible for the delivery around 4 pm. It was discovered that they had the wrong phone number and couldn't reach me. I gave them the correct number and had them repeat it to me to make sure they now had the correct number to call. I had to do this 3 times before he got it right. The next day I got a call to schedule delivery, and a couple of days later I received the cushions. Perfectly made in the correct size and fabric. However, 2 back cushions were missing. I called, apologies were made and I was assured they would be ordered. I have no way of tracking or inquiring about the status of those cushions. Hopefully I'll receive them in less that the two months it took to get the partial delivery.
UPDATE: PatioHQ of The missing cushions were expedited and delivered to make the set complete. Overall, I would recommend PatioHQ for quality and craftsmanship. and hope the lack of communication from PatioHQ and there delivery vendor was an anomaly and not a frequent customer experience.

Cushions arrived; beautiful! I was so happy these are made with Sunbrella fabric, which really is the best. Fabric never rots and the color stays true for years. AND, I received a notice there was a sale, just a few days after ordering them and Ken in customer issued a credit to my card right away. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered chairs and a small table. The chairs met my expectations though the wood was a bit more aged and rough than expected when compared to the same set a family member received. The table, however, arrived with a large crack, water stains, and several marks along the edges. I tried calling several times and left a message but it’s been over a week with no response. Overall I like the chairs but not sure if I’d place another order.

This would have been a five-star review had it not been for the delay in processing my order. The furniture quality is excellent, the price is unbeatable, and Kenny is really nice and took care of things after I called about the delay.

We recently purchased new cushions for our patio furniture, 2 chairs and couch. The selection and ordering process could not have been easier. The cushions were delivered when promised, and we are extremely pleased with them. They fit perfectly, seem to be high quality, and are exactly what we had hoped for.
