I am convinced this company is a scam

I am convinced this company is a scam. I ordered cushions from them. The interior edges of the Sunbrella fabric were very frayed because there was no actual finish to those edges. This made it difficult to even unzip and zip the cushion covers. Also, while it says on the website that the products are made in the US, I could see very clearly from the FedEx tracking that these cushions came directly from India. When I got in contact with the company, they just kept asking for photos, which I gave them, and videos, which I gave them, and more of the same. I think they just bargain on providing a bad product with a fake origin and hoping no one has the energy to follow through on their multiple requests for additional information.

FRAUD - BEWARE!

Terrible experience so far. I place an order over the weekend and received an email telling my order had not yet been completed. I thought I failt to checkout so I revisited the site and finished the order. I immediately emailed the company over the weekend after their chatbot could not help me. I was aking them to confirm only one order had been placed. Monday they email me and state they could once again find no orders. Then later in the day, they email me and state that 2 orders had been placed and they are charging me for both. BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!!

Nice product, fast delivery

Love the online ordering portal, easy to use and the final product was good quality. Unfortunately the color fabric I chose was not the color I expected, and the rounded corners of the seat cushions do not align with my chairs. I wish there were more options for selecting shape of the cushion.

Custom made not for Adirondack chairs

While the Adirondack covers look to be quality, unfortunately they are the wrong size. Due to my inexperience in measuring accurately I will not be able to use them.

Their website lies. "Made in the USA" sits boldly on their website landing page. Why then does the product ship from India?

Then they'll respond that some manufacturing happens in the US.. but that's not what your site says. If lying like that isn't criminal, it should be.

Very Dissatisfied – Poor Packaging Led to Damaged Product

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The item arrived vacuum-sealed so tightly that it damaged the product inside. The packaging was completely inappropriate for this type of item and ruined its shape/quality. I expected better care and handling. Because of this, the product was unusable right out of the package. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend until the packaging issue is fixed.

The color didn’t match and they didn’t stand behind their product.

Although the quality of their products is good, I got a product that looked different online than when I received it. The color was different and I know it was a light white off-white natural color when I contacted them about the variance and color they said well due to lighting and screens, etc. sometimes there can be variations in the color. I did not like that answer and they basically said they were sorry that I was disappointed I know that this product doesn’t cost that much to make, and I spent almost $200 on a cushion that I can’t use because of the color very disappointed in this company

I’ve called and sent multiple emails…

I’ve called and sent multiple emails and no response. We received part of our order and nothing looks like what it was supposed to be. I got one email that they received a ticket and will follow up and there has been not a single response. This is so disappointing and frustrating especially since we paid in full. We also never received our second shipment and not a single reach out from the company.

Never received back cushions

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer in my life. Initially, my order arrived two weeks later than originally estimated. The order then transposed the measurements between the seat and back cushions. When I complained, they required me to submit videos of what I had received. The second order I received next had the correct measurements, except I received 4 seat cushions, instead of 2 seat cushions and two back cushions. I complained again. This time they again sent me two seat cushions instead of two back cushions. To this day, I have never received back cushions with the correct measurements and customer service has not responded to my complaints.

I placed a custom order with Patio HQ

I placed a custom order with Patio HQ, and unfortunately, the entire process has been extremely frustrating. When my cushions arrived, they didn’t fit the furniture as expected. I had to go through the trouble of proving that the cushions were indeed from their company by showing them the product tag.

After that, Patio HQ sent a replacement order to correct the issue — but when the second set arrived, the same problem happened again. The cushions were still the wrong size. I had to take and send a video this time to prove, once again, that the cushions were theirs and didn’t fit properly.

This has been a very disappointing and time-consuming experience. I’m not sure how their standard, non-custom orders are handled, but based on my experience with a custom order, the service was poor and the quality control was lacking. I hope they improve their process for custom orders in the future.

Good quality for the price-point!

Cushions were custom made and shipped quickly. Foam could be better quality/firmer, but acceptable. Hope they stand the test of time! Cushions arrived on promised delivery date - color was close to what we expected, cut and size is a little over our stated measurements, but hopefully they will soften up and fit a little better in time. Will say - website states “ Made in the USA” - but these shipped from India, travelled thru Mumbai, to Dubai, to Paris, then to Memphis Int’l hub for FedEx. Don’t lie about where the product is from! Otherwise, generally happy with the quality of the product. (As others have stated in their reviews, strong pungent smell from the cushions takes at least a full 24 hours to off-gas.). Good quality for the price-point.
