The status keeps changing from out for delivery to waiting for details!

We did receive your email on 13th March and replied with an estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, there was then a delay with your order. While we were resolving this issue with our supplier, we did not provide further updates until we had all the accurate information.

Beautiful products and even better customer service. I recently ordered a table. I loved it but unfortunately it arrived a little damaged (I imagine in transit). Olivia's sorted it quickly with no hassle for me. I had a replacement within a week. I'm very happy with it.

Terrible after sales service
I ordered a fireside companion set in October for my daughter’s Christmas present. It wasn’t in stock so I had to wait some time for delivery. I immediately air freighted it to Kenya where she lives. In January when I visited her I noticed it had one of the beautiful decorative screws missing. The customer support agent was truly unhelpful and tried everything in the book to avoid putting this right. Eventually she offered a £13 refund to go towards me having a bespoke screw made. This would be impossible to match the aged brass finish. All of my subsequent emails have been ignored. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

As noted in our terms and conditions, any damages or missing parts must be reported within our stated timeframe after delivery. In this case, the order was delivered in late October and we were first contacted in mid January, which is well outside of our reporting window.
We also understand that the item was subsequently air freighted to Kenya. Once goods are forwarded internationally by a third party, this unfortunately voids eligibility for returns or replacement parts under our policy, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item after it leaves the original delivery address.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill — and despite being under no obligation to do so — we offered a £13 partial refund to contribute towards sourcing a replacement screw locally. This was intended to provide a practical resolution given the time elapsed and the international shipment involved.
We are sorry that this solution did not meet your expectations. We always aim to be fair and transparent in line with our policies, and we appreciate all feedback as it helps us review how we communicate these situations in the future.
Awful experience
Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish
We ordered several wall lights from Olivia’s through our electrician as part of a home installation. Unfortunately the experience became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
Delivery times were consistently at the very end of the quoted window, and on more than one occasion parcels were sent to incorrect addresses. One order was even marked as delivered with a blurred proof-of-delivery photo that did not show any recognisable location, and we had to spend weeks chasing to establish where the items actually were.
Communication was reactive rather than proactive — we repeatedly had to follow things up ourselves instead of being informed when problems occurred.
We later returned one light within the return period and were told a 20% restocking fee would apply under trade terms. A credit was offered to avoid this, which we accepted so we could finish the project, but then a return collection charge was also introduced, which felt unreasonable given the wider delivery issues we had already experienced.
Overall the products themselves are nice, but the ordering and after-sales process was disappointing and far more complicated than it should have been. Sadly it’s not a company we would feel confident using again.

We understand your concerns and would like to clarify that this order was placed by your electrician through a trade account, which operates under different pricing and return terms than retail purchases.
The 20% restocking fee is part of our published trade return policy. In this case however, we offered a credit note as a goodwill gesture to help reduce project disruption. The collection charge reflects carrier collection costs and is separate from the restocking fee, as is standard with trade returns.
We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the product and we always aim to communicate clearly and resolve matters fairly.

Bought a rug cost nearly £400 in September has unravelled, bobbled and great loops sticking out. Sent pics
Bearing in mind I live on my own, no pets and only used a light cordless Hoover over it a couple of time as I’ve been away for 8 weeks! contacted them for a replacement as rug is clearly faulty - to clarify I bought exactly the same rug for the bedroom and it’s remained in perfect condition depite heavier use! Was told it was my fault due to care and maintenance! Utterly disgusted and will take it further with consumer rights, I think this company just buy stock from dodgy wholesalers and have no regard for quality or customer service - This was not a cheap item ! It should last years not months!
