I dont usually leave reviews but I sold my car via this company and had a fantastic experience! At times it felt too good go be true, it was so straight forward! They also matched what I wanted for the car and gave the best and fairest price out of all the companies I looked at. When the guy picked it up, he was friendly and professional, it took about 20 mins. Money was in our account before he took it. There are some negative reviews which worried me but honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Imogen and everyone at motor moolah!!

Submitted a valuation and booked two calls one via text conversation and one through the website but never received a single call…..

Just sold my car. Offered £500 more than we buy any car. Great service. Very quick and efficient. The guy collecting it was so polite and helpful. They insist that you have an email confirming any finance is cleared before they leave, which is very reassuring. I would recommend and definitely use them again

I had what I thought was going to be a really positive experience organising the sale on the website and over the phone. We agreed a price that I was told would be guaranteed unless we pranged the car before they picked it up. When the pick up came they then tried to find fault and offered £900 less than agreed. I couldn't get hold of my contact who agreed the original price and they haven't replied since to my concerns. With lots of back and forwards we agreed a price £300 less than the original one. Really not happy with this and I did feel let down and a little conned. The positive side was the gentleman who came to the house was very friendly. I would not recommend using them again though.

Very simple and reliable , Ben was great from start to finish. Process is seamless and money in account within 30 min from the driver meeting me. Price paid was the price agreed.
Would recommend for people who want to see hassle free and quickly.

Sale was very easy and considering it was a trade sale the price was above trade.

We sold our car last week via Motor Moolah. Was very reluctant using a website and was skeptical. But we have been left very impressed!
On Saturday we got a guide price from the website, then spoke with Imogen who offered an additional £100 if we submitted the documents that day. We submitted photos Saturday afternoon and within 2 minutes of pressing send, Imogen had called us and confirmed they were happy to offer based on the condition. We confirmed and collection was booked for Wednesday.
The driver called at 8:20 this Weds to say they were 20mins away, and by 9:20, they had checked the car over, submitted their photos and the full amount offered was in our bank account.
We then spoke with Imogen who arranged the extra £100 incentive to be transferred.
So from first getting a price Saturday morning, the whole process was wrapped up by 1pm Wednesday.
Very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again in future.

Price given over the phone is what I received as the car was as good as the pictures suggested.
Price was far better than offer by a dealer as a trade in! Would definitely recommend using this service.
My only advice is to be honest about your vehicle!

Lovely company to work with, they offered me £ 2500 more than webuyanycar!, I was treated very well, great customer service and communication through out. A lovely gentleman collected my car, took it for a two mile test drive (with me in passenger seat) and then waited until the money was transferred to my bank account. They settled the outstanding finance, they paid the difference to me. Also notified DVLA straight away of change of ownership. Would highly recommend, especially Hilton Garage in Derby, where the car went to. Fabulous staff. Can't praise them enough. 👍

It was a very easy experience dealing with them. They agreed a price, turned up on time and paid the agreed price for the car. The funds were in my account before the car left. Very easy to deal with

They offered a guaranteed value over the phone, then transport company did not arrive to collect when agreed. Not so much as a call or message to let me know. Once collection was rearranged, their transport people asked for details I had not been asked for by motormoolah and additional invoices etc. This was then followed up by a reduced offer by c£1500 even though the price was guaranteed by Ben at motormoolah. Would not recommend at all. They would not answer calls or messages when I was trying to find out was happening with the missed collection, or when the transport company were offering me lower than the guaranteed price.

I wasted all my time to take the pictures and upload them on their website, then I got a good valuation on their website; however, over the phone, they just refused to buy my car as it did not have a full service history. I bought this car last year; the service history was missing, but it only had 17,000 miles and was HPI clear. I serviced it in January 2025 and recently got an MOT, valid until November 2026. However, they just refused to give me a quote because it had no full service history. They should mention that they only buy a car with a full service history.

Complete Waste of time. Will offer a good price to draw you in. Then when they come to collect the car will drop the price due to supposed issues with the car. In my case they said there were engine issues, which i know there is not as the vehicle had recently been serviced by main dealer with clear bill of health.

Wasted my time, don't trust anything they say. You would be better off selling to We Buy Any Car. At least with them you know they are scamming you, these guys hide that they are trying to scam you.
