Agreed an offer for out car. They sent a driver to take pictures and collect the car. He warned us before he started the company can be funny and it depends on who you get on the phone if they buy your car. Surely they should be a set procedure that all the buying staff should follow. They said they would not buy our car due to a small bit of rust on the roof which we had never noticed. If the roof is a deciding factor they should ask you to photograph the roof when they asked for the other photos. Sold the car to another dealership today for a higher price and no issues were raised around the condition of the car. After they refused to buy the car they continued to message me about selling it to them

A very slick process from start to finish. Communication was great and made selling my car easy. A very fair price was agreed by just viewing simple photos. On the day of collection I received the agreed price with no further haggling down. The money was transferred within minutes. The driver arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this Company. I previously tried two other Companies, but this one made the sale offering a much better price too.

I had a used car in very good condition and low mileage that I had attempted to sell through Motorway. I loaded all photos of damage etc and when they turned up to take the vehicle they tried to lock more than £1000k off the price. I then contacted Bigwantsyourcar and frankly couldn’t believe the difference in the customer service experience. Right from the first email and phonecall , the team were transparent, courteous and polite and made me a confirmed offer the same day. It was then plain sailing from there in terms of everything- the offer, the contract , arrangements for the vehicle to be collected and the man who came to collect the vehicle could not have been any more polite and professional. What a change to experience this type of service in the motor trade industry, forget webuyanycar(who offered me £2k less) or Motorway who tried to rip me

Waste of time, sent them the details of my car and they made an offer which i accepted.
i rang them several times, no answer and the calls eventually timed out and i was disconnected , requested the call back option 3 times , guess what no one called.
