Sold our car this morning. They stuck to their offer which was higher than other places. We chose to drop off the car rather than pay for collection. Excellent service. Thank you Best Car Buyer! I was expecting the usual - get an offer, view the car, haggle on collection but NO! I was promised a good experience by Charlie who was responsive to emails and called when he said he would. I sent over some pictures after I had received an initial offer and Charlie came back with an offer over asking. I couldn’t believe it - we were delighted and before we knew it our car had been appraised and collected. It all happened in less than 24 hours. Payment was received within 10 minutes, prior to handing over the keys. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend. Also worth noting - I am a big researcher and had been using auction sites, compared dealer offers to webuyanycar etc then compared to autotrader to see what the car would likely go for to an end user… (I’m thorough). After being given bad quotes and no communication from other buyers, I got in contact with best car buyer. My experience with this company has been the fantastic. Special mention to James Taylor whome I believe works at the Wolverhampton depot, took care of everything and was a true delight to work with. From start to finish the experience of dealing with Best Car Buyer was great and very easy
It was all dealt with over the phone, email and WhatsApp and their representative Ian High was wonderful in his dealings with me for a ‘21’ plate VW Golf
Their offer was made after I had informed them of 3 x slightly scuffed alloy wheels and a scuff mark on the bottom of the front offside bumper
Offer accepted and came to collect the car on date and time arranged
The collection driver had to double check the car was as described and I pointed out the wheel scuffs and bumper scuff and handed over all the Documentation , V5, Proof of Service record and MOT
All it then took was a phone call to the Head Office by the Collection driver to get the payment made to Bank account and received confirmation of this with 10-15 mins
Overall a reasonably hassle free way of selling a car
All I would advise anyone to do is be truthful about the condition of your vehicle and any scuffs/damage, condition inside and out , it’s worth it

Probably the best experience I have had with a car online buying site. Not the best price I was offered originally but after some honest & professional negotiation we came to a fair price on which we were both happy with. They kept to their word and their was no 'silly' on site behaviour of haggling over the agreed price. Well done to all would recommend and use them again.

Can't knock them at all, offered a decent value (better than WBAC.COM) arrived when they said they would, found couple small blemishes on car but didn't try and chip price and just paid what they said they would. Recommend
