If you are honest about the condition of your vehicle, even tiny things then you will get the price quoted.
Found the whole process from first phone call to collection smooth, apart from uploading documents which had to do several times to get them to go through. But not going to mark down on that.
Had been to Webuyanycar first who quoted me under Motormoolah then when I took the car knocked £800 off. Got £1200 more with Motormoolah! On the phone, helpful, talked me through the process and said if uploaded documents and photos within a certain time would get extra £100. Which I did!
Got message from Onyx collection company telling me the day and a.m. Today got message to tell me on way and would arrive about 8.30am. Bang on time. Bee the young man we dealt with was lovely, friendly and polite. Ten out of ten to him.Went out on a test drive with my husband. He did the V5 online for me, so helpful. He Contacted the office and they paid into my bank within five minutes. Handed over the keys and all done. Going to recommend them to anyone I know who wants to sell a car.

Easy and transparent communication.
Courier arrived as planned, checked over the car and sent pictures to the garage. The garage did knock off £150 in total for 2 badly scuffed alloys which I expected. Payment made with no fuss and car driven away within the hour. Would definitely recommend

I submitted my car details online and received a competitive quote for my vehicle which I was happy with. I had excellent communication with Kierran, and when I handed my car to him I was paid the full amount there and then what I was quoted on line. This is by far a better way of receiving more for your old car rather than part exchange. I will certainly spread the word amongst my circle of friends. Very impressed.

Easy to deal with over the phone. Josh came out and was very helpful and fair and dif a brilliant job when picking it up.

Waste of time. Tried to knock £500 for a few tiny scratches (I didn’t even notice) and some ‘gunk in the oil cap’? Bunch of rubbish, just an excuse to get money off. I reluctantly agreed to a £200 reduction which they accepted but then they changed their mind last minute and said they wouldn’t take it. Absolute waste of time.

Response to below response: I was never told that this was the reason you aborted. What’s laughable is that I actually had the clutch replaced around 3-6 months ago and I could have provided proof of this if asked. I even told the initial person on the phone I had the clutch replaced. I have never noticed a burning smell while driving my car, especially not recently. Absolute nonsense. Don’t bother responding again as I don’t believe a word you say.

Initial offer was £5.467 but was mutually adjusted to £4.800 as it was agreed a new bumper would be required and the offer was guaranteed for 7 days.
Upon collection, one of the first questions from the driver from Onyx was. "Has the timing belt been replaced at 5 years old?" I said I had no idea, but the local Fiat agent always carries out everything that is needed on services. The guy from Onyx after much texting said the offer had been reduced to £4.300 as the timing belt would have to be replaced. I told him I was not prepared to take this reduced offer as all service documentation had been sent through days ago and that basically Motormoolah had wasted my and their time.
Today I telephoned the Fiat agent to ask if the timing belt had been replaced and was shocked when they said," Your Fiat 500X DOES NOT HAVE A TIMING BELT, it has a timing chain, which is inspected at every service and should last for the life of the engine!
I'm very annoyed that a "reputable garage"? did not know this fact!

The offer more than any other trader, smooth & easy collection, the guy who collects the car was polite and helpful.

When they came for a test drive, he said things that were not in the car for 33 thousand miles and reduced their offer from 15 thousand 870 to 12 thousand, not a master who came to look, but nothing but a young scammer.
I don't recommend anyone to stay away from them

Motormoolha offered the best price and stuck to it. Kept you informed all way through .chap turned up looked round car , took for quick test drive .waited around for about 10 min to make sure payment went through. Good service all round .ben was top bloke who helped out on phone calls

Excellent service, help and advice

I dont usually leave reviews but I sold my car via this company and had a fantastic experience! At times it felt too good go be true, it was so straight forward! They also matched what I wanted for the car and gave the best and fairest price out of all the companies I looked at. When the guy picked it up, he was friendly and professional, it took about 20 mins. Money was in our account before he took it. There are some negative reviews which worried me but honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Imogen and everyone at motor moolah!!
