Head and shoulders above the competition

Positive experience
Happy with my experience with Motormoolah. Advisor Ben was professional & personable. Took around a week for the car to be collected and this part of the process is usually the most stressful- but was very pleased to be told I would be paid the full price offered. No further negotiations which was a relief.
I would recommend this company and I would use again.

Absolutely amazing, got valuation online, few messages away agreed on the deal to sell my car, dropped off same day and in less than an hour I was on the way back home. Poor over all
Everything was smooth until sale of car and sent three people go pick car up, i’ve sold via motorway various times and this is by far the worst , i couldn’t be there due to work commitments and made my Missus feel uncomfortable were she had to message me of her where abouts incase as she had get in why they took for drive (motorway don’t do this) said issue with mirror and 3 years had car and never had any issue missus said he pulled it down and said it fell down, said was dirty but wasn’t just dusty of a usual car (no point valeting as said on phone to them previous) also mentioned and uploaded a pic of a slight scratch and made some mad thing up and never told them and reduced price although all pics sent prior including scratch
Very doubt will use them again and i’d be wary using them or make sure your not a women when selling to them

Easy & Stress Free
I helped my dad to sell his car through Motormoolah and had a fantastic experience. He’s not very confident dealing with online companies, so it was such a relief to have such a smooth, easy process. We received a quote higher than competitors, and we were never knocked down on the price! The car was collected quickly and the money in his bank as the car left the driveway. Everyone we dealt with from sales person to collection company was friendly and helpful!

I sold my second wife to Motormoolah
I read quite a lot of reviews on Trustpilot and other sites, and there were some negative comments. Overall though, the whole journey was smooth and easy.
Uploading the photos was a bit challenging, but the team communicated well throughout, guided us step by step, and provided a solid quote for my second “wife”.
The team came to my house for the inspection, took the car for a short 2-mile test drive, and everything was signed off for payment on the spot.
To be honest, the price was slightly above the general market price when compared with larger platforms like Carwow and others, but the process itself was straightforward and hassle-free.

If you are honest about the condition of your vehicle, even tiny things then you will get the price quoted.
Found the whole process from first phone call to collection smooth, apart from uploading documents which had to do several times to get them to go through. But not going to mark down on that.
Had been to Webuyanycar first who quoted me under Motormoolah then when I took the car knocked £800 off. Got £1200 more with Motormoolah! On the phone, helpful, talked me through the process and said if uploaded documents and photos within a certain time would get extra £100. Which I did!
Got message from Onyx collection company telling me the day and a.m. Today got message to tell me on way and would arrive about 8.30am. Bang on time. Bee the young man we dealt with was lovely, friendly and polite. Ten out of ten to him.Went out on a test drive with my husband. He did the V5 online for me, so helpful. He Contacted the office and they paid into my bank within five minutes. Handed over the keys and all done. Going to recommend them to anyone I know who wants to sell a car.
