This was the 2nd car i sold with motormoolah.
I got a price online and it was less than i wanted.
Ben rang me and i got the price i was happy with.
car got picked up and money in the bank. 5 stars from me

I was in the process of selling my vehicle when I had a call from Ben at MotorMoolah, Ben said my vehicle had been valued at £8800 but after speaking with management they could offer £9300 pending photos.

Having also listed the vehicle on both carwow and motorway I sent roughly 35 photos of all my vehicle and damage to MotorMoolah.

Ben phoned me back and we discussed the the vehicle and its condition including the alloy wheels which had light damage to all 4 wheels and could be seen clearly on the photos I sent. Ben said based on this their new "guaranteed" offer would be £9200 which I agreed on as I had disclosed all damage.

2 Days later and Onyx turn up to collect the car and make sure everything was as described. Test Drive all ok, all other damage ok and as described. Everything ok apart from the damage to the alloy wheels which MotorMoolah failed to pass onto Onyx resulting in their offer being reduced to £8700.

Nobody in MotorMoolah available to take my call, different departments apparently unable to talk to each other because they're "busy", sales can't talk to Ben who made the offer who was also on a day off apparently.

Having declined very similar offers for the vehicle on both carwow and motorway to go with MotorMoolah and my new vehicle being delivered the next day I felt I had no choice but to accept their lower offer.

This totally changed what had been a good experience with MotorMoolah. I have raised a complaint directly to MotorMoolah but I can imagine nothing will come of it.

I am basically left to pay the price for their own internal mistakes and mis-communication with their transport provider.

If MotorMoolah decide to do the decent thing once they see this review or my complaint and send the additional £400 then I shall amend this review but for now it's down in the dumps at 1 star.

The process was easy to follow and the staff explained the procedure in detail. From inspection of my car, the agreement on the part exchange to the prompt transfer of funds I was very satisfied.
I have used you before and will do so again.

From start to finish was seamless, can't thank the team enough for getting me an extremely honest price for me car.

Excellent service, forwarded our car pics with the condition of the car as is, motormoolah gave a higher price and than motorway, Ben was very helpful in explaining the service and Abdul who came to collect the car was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Awful experience. Along with several others it seems. Gave a decent price by on line. Followed all requests uploaded images that failed twice. Eventually got them uploaded. Arranged call back. It didn't materialise. So phoned them , for them to say that its not a car they would purchase. SO WHY GIVE A PRICE? total waste of time. Unprofessional....AVOID!

I have since had another email, again asking me to arrange a call back. I jave done this and wait to see if this one materialises. In addition I have now had a message to say they want more detail.... I don't know what else I can say, what I have said above is a statement of what happened! Perhaps some specific questions about what other information is needed would be helpful.

Well the appointed time came... and went. No call. Have to say one thing for this shower, they are consistent.... just not in a good way. Why on earth give a 'guaranteed' price, to then mess people around like this? Maybe it's how they get their kicks... or maybe they are just totally inept. Either way... there are much better companies out there to deal with.

Agreed a price with Luke which was a lot more than other online buyers very easy process and money was paid before the car left my drive at the same price agreed would recommend to anyone thinking of selling there car 10/10

Motor Moolah made an offer and when I contacted them about it they informed me they had decided not to proceed without any explanation or notification. They DO NOT buy any car - avoid

First class service. knocked £100 off guaranteed price due to couple of marks. Took 30 mins for money to go in. Overall very happy

Dealt with Ben at Motormoolah. He gave me a great price for my vehicle, price was agreed and everything was organised in a 10 minute phone call. No haggling on price when in front off the car as long, quick and simple process and true to there original value. Cannot recommend this company enough over the likes off webuyanycar and motorway etc.

Agreed a price with Ben, slightly less than was expecting but to be fair wasnt going to get retail value. Driver arranged to pickup, took photos, asked some questions, quick test drive. Money was transferred.
Overall a painless, stress free process. Will certainly reccomend !

I was a bit unsure at first since MotorMoolah isn’t as well-known as some of the big names, but I’m really glad I gave them a try. The whole process was quick, professional and completely hassle free - easily one of the smoothest car selling experiences I’ve had.
