0 stars! DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE! I have evidence of 'guaranteed' price, and directly ask twice if they were going to haggle the price when they got here. Luke was happy with all my pictures and guaranteed my price as the finer details were sorted. Low and behold...... Company arrives ..... Inspect the car like they are inspector gadget.... Find one faint scratch that I genuinely didn't see! Bare in mind.... Id sent pics of 4mm stone chips.... Try to say there is a crack on my front light (there is not - I took it to a garage after to check), said that there was an orange mark (my husband cleaned it off with ease), and said there was an additional stone chip - when in fact it was a picture I had already declared! Luke said he expected ware and tear because of the age of the vehicle (8 years),but apparently it still needed to have not even the tiniest additional scuff. It has to be immaculate! For the one faint scratch that I did not see...they tried knocking me down by £500! When I refused....they tried going to £250 off. They often know that people need the funds to sort a new car and have already made arrangements and play on this to force people into a sale that is significantly less! The guys picking up the car said this happens all the time! Id understand if the bonnet was hanging off, or the doors has huge dents....but a faint small scratch mark! Again...I have proof of the conversation I had with look, where I directly ask about the price being haggled..... They absolutely lie through their teeth to get you to agree and put you in a position where you have to take the lower offer. Please do not go through this company! Luckily we sold it via auction instead! Do not trust these guys. They offer a higher price....knowing you've put plans in place...and then find any single reason to power the price! Then you are in a tight spot. I'm also pretty sure they will come back with a lying response...do not believe a word!

Sold my car through MotorMoolah, had the offer on Saturday morning, i accepted offer, car was collected on Tuesday, and the money was in my account before the driver left.
All documentation done on line, no hassle at all, Luke at Motor Moolah was very helpful, and Chris the guy who collected my car was top class, very pleasant, called me to update when he would be at my address, he was there on time, very nice guy to deal with.

Would recommend anyone looking to sell their car to use them, I got £1000 more than any dealer had offered me.

Really great experience to be honest. I got the initial price online before having some communication regarding some documentation which you simply upload through a link portal. Very straightforward, and everything is reviewed beforehand. On the collection/drop off day, there’s no paperwork at all, they just check your car is as described and make the payment. I took advantage of the option to deliver the car to them, and they pay £1 per mile, so I got £94 after costing £10 in petrol to get there. Al in all a great selling experience.

Remember the initial price isn’t the final price, you will get an updated price after uploading your photos.
Ben was great to deal with and always prompt at responding. You have to bear in mind that all correspondence is done over text or call once the photos/documents have been uploaded.
Make sure when uploading photos to show all damage, it’s pointless not as the price will get dropped on pickup if you do. I showed all my damage and the price stayed as offered.
Aamir from the collection team was great on the day, talked through everything and was at the property less than 45 minutes as everything was as I uploaded.
Was sceptical at first but would definitely do again as so much better than the main competitor you can drive to.

Avoid. Terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Never picks up the phone, says they will call back but then never do.

It was a very easy and quick experience. The only one thing that let it down was probably me. I did miss one or two scratches inside the doors and of course that affected the price on collection, but only by a tiny amount… so the rule is be very very honest about your vehicle so that you don’t get a surprise when they come to pick up your vehicle

Jade couldn't of been more helpful. After being let down by CarWow I contacted motor Moolah and was luckily enough to get Jade.
Nothing was too much trouble and she checked in even after she had a couple of days off.

I had a great experience with this company. They provided excellent service, offered me a good price with no hassle with selling, Ben contacted me within minutes of me receiving my offer as I pointed out i was ready to sell straight awa, He clearly explained the process to me and ensured me I'd have the money right away in my bank on the day of collection, which happened. the guy collecting rang me on the day with a good hour's notice and turned up on time, he like Ben was polite and friendly, the whole process from start to finished was hassle free and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The customer service was awesome, very professional , polite and helpful especially Ben. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 star was because the guys who came to pick up the car on the day of handover weren't has professional as they could been.

Having been massively let down by TrustFord, I had been left with the final balloon payment to sort with no time whatsoever to do it in. Luke was amazing, rang me on Friday and car sold on Saturday afternoon to pay the final balance.

Amazing service from start to finish. Have used other companies before but this one was hassle free with a more personal touch. Would highly recommend to anyone selling a car if you want a fast reliable service giving fair deals for cars.

Home Collection

Offered around 15% under their guaranteed quote due to a slight alloy scuff and minor paint chips, then added more issues to the list. Then tried to threaten me with an aborted charge if I didn't counter their offer. Feels like a scam!

After three hours of going back and forth, we finally agreed on a price, which was initially underpaid, so we had to rectify that as well.

Not a good experience

Very fair offer and straightforward process throughout.
I was pretty sceptical but it turned out completely professional and fast turnaround. Instant payment on collection. Great communication from Imogen.
