Imogen was a fantastic help in selling our car. She was quick, efficient and offered us the best price possible. She guaranteed our price after we sent all photos of the car with any defects. Payment was sent to our account in rapid time. Could not recommend Carmoolah more. They also paid us to travel and drop the car off

I found this company on the Internet. I thought I’d give it a go as I’m going to sell car I spoke lmogen as she was very nice and helpful we agreed a price and a day to inspect it on the day a man came and test drove it and I got what we agreed I would recommend five *****

I found the initial process slick and efficient. Sent lots of photos. When I spoke to them, they assured me the locked in price was guaranteed, and unless there’s was “a massive dent “ in the car I would receive the offered price. They assured me they didn’t operate like CARWOW or WE SELL ANY CAR etc.
When they came to collect my car they offered me £1000 less, citing low brake fluid and a minuscule chip in windscreen, which was almost impossible to see with a naked eye.
I was then having to negotiate, despite initial assurances that this wouldn’t happen.
I ended up accepting £700 less than agreed price.
2 days later I see my car for sale at their garage for over £2000 more than what they paid me.
It left me with a bitter taste. Especially as they kept saying they didn’t operate like others.

EDIT- DESPITE THEIR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW , WHEN I DID REACH OUT TO THEM AS REQUESTED THEY TOTALLY IGNORED MY EMAILS. THEIR REPLY WAS FOR SHOW ONLY AND NOT SINCERE. THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING THE ISSUE

Sold my car to MotorMoolah, was quick and easy, and a much better price than those that buy any car! Gave me the price that they quoted originally, Ben was great with answering all of my questions and was very helpul all throughout the process. Pick up was easy and Ian was friendly also. After getting a really poor part exchange value from the bmw main dealer, I went on Google and motor moolah was one of the best prices that came back from sending my photos of the vehicle, I was contacted by Ben who confirmed from the photos provided the price provided was what I would get,a date was set for pickup and the pickup person took some more photos and test drove it to check everything was OK, within 5 minutes the money was in my account and better still a few quid better off than staying with the main dealer for part ex would highly recommend 👍

Dealt with Ben. He communicated everything nicely , the portal to upload docs all worked well and they arrived next day and paid what they offered.

I think if you have described your car accurately and it has no major issues you'll be fine.

Just sold my car to Motormoolah it was so easy from getting a valuation on Wednesday it was sold Monday. The guy came round took some pictures a 2 minute test drive and the money in my bank, took no longer than half hour.

Excellent service with a very fair price offered and accepted for my car. Great communication and prompt, hassle free collection by the couriers who were excellent.

Best price offered by a good amount compared to their counterparts, got even more money by driving the car to them. Very easy process from start to finish, they paid the price that was originally offered, took less than an hour when I dropped the car to them. Would definitely use again.

I had a couple of bad experiences trying to sell my car as everyone tried to offer me a cheap price and they kept picking out non existent faults within the car. They all start by quoting you a great price, only to reduce it down to nothing by picking up faults that aren't even there. That is until I came across Motor Moolah where I didn't face any sort of drama at all. I declared the faults in the car and they compared it with the pictures and didn't cause any further drama. They paid me the exact quote they offered on their website literally within a minute and settled my finance agreement as well.

Overall a good experience. They did offer slightly less than quoted but I still got more than WBAC so I’m happy with that. Jade was really helpful with any questions I had. Communication was great throughout the process. I would recommend.

Straight forward process , very helpful with anything you’re not sure with. They offered most for the car. Quick pickup and payment.

Jade was super helpful and managed to get the process completed nice and quickly. They offered more or less the same as motorway and Tim who picked up the car was a gent and super professional.
