Offered me a price, never followed through with picking the car up. Then ghosted me over email, WhatsApp and call ! Ended up waiting for 2 days for no reason.

Not the best communication from Imogen as had to chase a couple times then eventually got ignored- i had to contact motor moolah directly to get a collection booked in but after that I was paid out my guaranteed price that was given to me before collection so overall I am happy

Selling a car for a good price
Very good communications by email and WhatsApp. Received the price agreed within an hour of car being examined by their rep. Car was not taken nor V5C or keys handed over until money was in my bank. Good service all round. Why not 5 stars? Repeated emails after price agreed asking me to telephone to agree the price. Something in their app needs a tweak? Otherwise, highly recommended.

Timewasters using Ai
Wasted my time after sending me umpteen texts and knowing EXACTLY what I wanted to sell AND ringing and speaking to staff member... my car doesn't " meet their criteria ". Perhaps tell your staff and BOTS that ! Stop messing people about. Your staff member even made a derogatory comment about another car buying service ! Pot kettle black !
