I had my broadband reconnected today and the job was done perfectly and with super customer service. He also conversed with my upstairs neighbour managing to get a response with a semi smile from him which is something I hadn't been able to get from him!
He changed the ridiculously long cable my provider gave me for a shorter one.
The job was done professionally and in a timely manner but despite this he was friendly and talked with myself and my son who is on a training day from school today.

Mohammed Haroon installed fibre broadband on behalf of Sky.
With a friendly manner he explained what he would be doing and adapted it around my chosen placement.
All was done neat and tidy and left up and running as expected.
Recommended!

The two engineers were amazing.

They were on time, courteous, efficient and left no mess whatsoever.

Broadband up and running within 30 minutes.

EDIT: They will not return as broadband is working, it doesn’t matter to them that they left my wall space in a worse condition than when they arrived. Do not let them leave your property until the job is finished.

My appt was scheduled for 8am-1pm. At 5pm the engineer arrived, no apology for the time. As he was leaving he pointed out the cable box was hanging off the wall - I asked him if he could fix it but he had no rawl plugs so he told me to make another appt. This happened mid August. Apparently the manager is still ‘reviewing the case’ - I just want a simple job finished.

Between openreach and mjquinn. They should sack the scheduling/operations dept. Wouldnt be able to organise a childs birthday party between em. 3 failed attempts of install. Never equipped for the job, screw over their employees by sending em out for half a job full well knowing they need to do more. Poor shoddy business practice. Shouldn't be in business and shouldn't have an openreach contract. Openreach arent saints either for residential installs.

He arrived on time. Didn’t take him long to do the job, don’t make a mess. Very polite and told me what to look out for. Top bloke.
