Mohammed Haroon did a cracking job, well mannered, very helpful nice fella

Open Reach sub contacted to this company to install full fibre for us and I was a little concerned by some of the reviews on google but overall was a good experience. Communication was good before arrival, the engineer listened to our concerns about the cable being too low over the drive, did an assessment and within 30 minutes had arranges for a cherry picker to be at our house and was able to connect it at a greater height than he could reach on his ladder. He was polite, respectful and professional and tidied up after himself. Everything in good working order. If you live in the Macclesfield area I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company’s local guy (who’s name I didn’t catch)

Recieved a message saying an engineer will be attending so I messaged back saying parking isnt great here and withing 10mins recieved a message back saying the engineer is unable to attend.. called them and asked whats happening and was forwarded to another department who which then said someones on the way but might not make it... my time slot was 8-1 I got the message at 08:30 saying they cant attend.. I can see why they have such bad reviews. I have complained to my provider also and made them change installers.

I cannot praise Jack highly enough for the excellent service he provided when installing Full Fibre broadband at my home today.

From start to finish, Jack was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what he was doing and answering all my many questions with patience. He was approachable, courteous and clearly took pride in his work.

It is so refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Jack is a real credit to MJ Quinn/Openreach, and his professionalism and friendly manner made the whole experience a pleasure.

Thank you Jack for doing such a fantastic job. MJ Quinn/Openreach should be very proud to have engineers like you representing the company. If every engineer delivered service to this standard, it would make a real difference to customers.

Was fantastic, he arrived on time and introduced himself and explained the procedure in setting up our Broadband.
We had no telephone line so he organised this through his colleges who arrived with a cherrypicked to complete the installation. This was not an easy task due to a large tree impeding that task .Broadband up and running now.
Mohamed was a credit to your company and you are lucky to have such a enthusiastic engineer working for you .

My Plusnet installation was given to this company with an arrival slot of 8-1pm
The engineer did not turn up within that time and then lied that he arrived at 12:35 leading to my order being cancelled and delayed because the “engineer could not gain access”
CCTV footage and doorbell footage have been submitted to Plusnet

DIDNT BOTHER TURNING UP FOR MY EE BROADBAND INSTALL, THEN I GET A MESSAGE FROM OPENREAC SAYING , SORRY WE MISSED YOU

YOU DIDNT MISS ME YOU JUST MESSED UP THE BOOKING AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO WAIT 12 DAYS FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, UTTERLY DISGUSTING TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE

One star is too high a score. Shocking service. Bad workmanship leaving so many issues. Getting engineer back is proving hard with calls making excuse after excuse, promising to turn up at an agreed date and time and not showing up with no communication both times (only got second date as we chased him). Do not let them do any work without supervising every element and giving exact permission for what they do - make no assumptions they care for the standard of work or how they leave your home. Small example- The silicone to cover the hole for the wire going into the house is smeared a bit on the brick but totally misses the hole! Can’t believe the problems we are having with our neighbours threatening prosecution for damage to their property (they drilled and attached a bracket across both properties with no permission from us or them). When we saw what they’d done and said it’s on our neighbours property they didn’t care. Commitment to service and sensibly addressing concerns is appalling in our experience so it all makes the complaint bigger and bigger!

Mohammed has been really helpful his service was excellent I would highly recommend him he is a good asset to your company.

Could not be more pleased with the two guys from MJ Quinn who called yesterday on behalf of Openreach to fit my fibre optic service. Very informative chat before any work commenced, and all work was carried out in around an hour, with any dust from the drilling all cleaned up, and absolutely no damage to my property. Thanks lads - top jobs.
