Mohammed Haroon carried out my Openreach Full Fibre installation today, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work.

He took the time to understand exactly where and how I wanted the fiber cable routed and mounted, ensuring a clean, professional setup without cutting any corners. On top of that, he stayed as long as needed to make sure everything was fully connected, tested, and running smoothly before leaving.

It’s rare to find someone who combines high technical skill with such outstanding customer support. Fantastic service - Mohammed is a credit to Openreach!

When we changed our broadband 2 years ago the engineer left wires hanging out of the wall and other problems, we were dreading having our new router installed today. Ellis was a breath of fresh air, he removed his boots without being asked, completed the installation, answered our questions and gave advice. An asset to the company.

The installation of fibre to my house was provided by a very polite and helpful engineer called Jack Goulty. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a first rate job. Everything is up and running and took hardly any time at all to complete. He explained the full installation and how to get any help if needed. He is a credit to MJ Quinn and I would recommend this company and Jack to anyone thinking about any type of service they provide.

Tasleem did a great job. Checked all connections, discovered the issue escalated to be resolved as affecting multiple properties

Awful experience, came out three times forgetting something different each time. Notes we give them don't get shared and they have wasted a lot of our time as we have had to work from home/not work while we wait for them. Communication has also been really poor. As a household it is estimated that we have lost over £1000 in earnings due to booking unpaid time off to facilitate these visits

After months and months of various engineers attempting to connect us to fibre broadband unsuccessfully I was pleased to have engineer 618125386 finish the job last week. Polite and respectful as well as finally getting us online - I was very impressed after months of disappointment.

4 star rating as whilst the engineer deserves 5 the company is brought down by the numerous 2 star engineers before them.

(I asked for this engineer's number so I could give feedback to the company. They deserve the recognition for completing a job noone else seemed to be able to do)

Just had a visit from MJ Quinn /Openreach regarding Sky installation. The engineer Gavin was first class and really professional and very helpful. I have had issues previously with Sky full fibre and blocked ducts. Gavin was the only one who got it sorted for me, can't thank him enough.

Sam Horner was the engineers asigned to my job, he couldn't complete on the first visit & went out of his way to arrange for scaffolding from another company which then enabled him to come back the following day to finish the job. He took on the responsibilty, ownership & initiative to deliver true customer service

Mohammed Haroon came to our house to install Hi speed broadband. He phoned beforehand to say he was on his way and arrived in time. He did a good job, was polite and explained everything very well. I am happy.

We had a young man from this company called Callan Donnelly today fitting out fibre broadband. I have to say it’s been many years since we have came across such a good tradesman. He was very polite, explaining stuff as he was going along and never stopped till he finished the job, he did an excellent job. Definitely an asset to his company!
