I received a call yesterday evening prior to my install from the engineer to advise me I was the first job of the day and ensuring I was available. Abdullah Hussain arrived early and got things set up and connected within an hour, even pre arranging a hoist which was required so no delays would be experienced. Very friendly engineer

Your engineer Dion came round Friday 2nd October - on time.He very quickly identified the problem ( which 5 previous engineers had not ) and the internet was back on within 90 minutes despite Dion having to arrange a hoist to attend site.He returned to the property to check all was ok. His efforts and helpfulness are very much appreciated.

Thomas Oxcan and colleague did a really careful job in advising and supporting my wife and I whilst getting fast fibre installed on Oct. 1st and 2nd 2026. We encountered several problems and it certainly was not as easy and straightforward as expected. However, Thomas and team were able to guide us through each of the stages and worked very efficiently and tidily. They turned up on time and explained every stage and we could not fault them.
