MJ Quinn came round to upgrade my broadband from fibre to the cab to fibre to the premise. They were unable to provide the fibre due to a stoppage, however while attempting to provide the internal part of the job they cut through my current broadband copper feed, leaving me with out broadband/phone line. The engineer told me this would be rectified, he couldn't do the task so another engineer would be round in an hour or so. No engineer came oroginal engineer didn't answer my calls chasing the fix, and the staff in MJ Quinns office said there was nothing else they could do and I would need to Openreach, who it turns out have no direct contact number. So I am chasing with my service provider. We have been left without broadband over the weekend and this can now only be chased back up on Monday.

I had fibre fitted this morning by Mohammed Haroon. He kept me informed of his arrival time and once here was really informative and helpful when trying to work out the best place to fit the box. He was professional throughout and removed old cables that were no longer in use leaving the front of my house looking tidier than when he arrived. All in all it was a great service provided.

Mohammed was really friendly and made sure I understood the installation process. He did regular check ins with me and confirmed I was ok with any exterior works before doing them. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure the installation was smooth. Great service - 5 stars!!

Just had my full fibre broadband installed by a wonderful engineer called Dan who dealt with it so professionally and as we encountered a problem yesterday he returned today to sort out the setting up etc. He was so helpful and sorted everything out with no fuss & was a pleasure to have around. He is an asset to your Company. Thank you.

This morning through to lunchtime, Mohammed Haroon worked tirelessly to install my mother-in-law's fibre phone line and broadband. Minor issues with the telephone pole and old stone walls were overcome with a brilliant attitude and great care. A pleasure to deal with and an asset to your orginisation.

We’ve had ongoing issues with our internet for months and EE haven’t been very helpful to be honest. Your engineer Dan came to site today, found a problem at the main box, thoroughly went through all the equipment and discovered more problems. Very friendly, helpful and polite. My computer is now running on the internet for the first time in over 6 months!!!! Thrilled.

I had Tasleem come to my house to install my gigafast wifi through openreach and sky.

He was fast, tidy, and answered all my questions and his advise was very useful.

2 engineers arrive on Friday and say it's too hard of a job for them to connect the property, and that they'll come back on Monday to do it with better equipment. Come Monday and they reschedule to Wednesday - fine. Wednesday arrives and lo and behold, some useless moron arrives, has a look around, and then says he'll do another job and come back to sort mine and he'll be back in an hour.

He wasn't back in an hour. He wasn't back at all. I had to call to even get any information. I continue to not have any internet with no day scheduled where I will have any again. I work from home, I can't do my job because MJ Quinn are too incompetent. If I could give negative stars I would.

After two abortive visits to connect fast fibre broadband Joel Clayton came to the rescue!
In spite of the failure to arrive with a hoist, Joel organised one to arrive and confirmed it was possible to go straight through the garage into study, which previously appeared to be challenging.
It was great to actually have someone arrive who owned the job and offered solutions after a very protracted and stressful 3 months awaiting connection.

Had full fibre installed. Engineer Tasleem spent considerable time - over 2 hours on a difficult job. A smashing job overall. Very pleased with the service. Highly professional and would certainly recommend. Ismail

Mohammed Haroon called today. A very pleasant young man. Called to say he was on his way and arrived shortly afterwards. On arrival he explained the work he was going to do and checked our current BT set up. He installed the new fibre box in my TV room explaining what he was doing as he went along, taking care to do a clean job while drilling holes to mount equipment. He advised about the new hub and the actions he and BT would take post installation. He was quick and efficient, giving me confidence that he knew what he was doing and it would be done correctly.
