So went to KAMM at Sawley for the first time with my recently acquired Fiat Ducato mh and the service was second to none,very informative and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone,my new first port of call,GET IN THERE !!

Once again the guys at KAM sort my vehicle quickly and very reasonably priced. MOT, service and other fixes done at short notice. Thanks again fellas. Highly recommend.

Took car in for service and they advised they had found something that could be an issue further down the line and steps to ensure I didn’t encounter problems very helpful

Took my car today 23/04/2025 to the Ascot Drive Branch in Derby, dealt with Stewart, who was absolutely fantastic, recognised the issue and more importantly the dangers ( brakes and tryes ), and made a action plan immediately. KAM fitted a new front suspension arm yesterday, picked the car up to find an awful grinding noise and tracking was way out to the point my steering wheel was locked to the right whilst driving. Apparently this had been road tested. Took it back and they sorted the noise but not the tracking.

Took the car back a second time today to be told it would be ready in around an hour and Craig the manager would track the car himself.
After 2 hours I heard nothing so went to see what was going on, only to find my car still on the ramps and Craig not sorting the car as he told me.

I took the car away to find they had levelled the steering but now the car pulled to the right. Back I went for a 3rd time to be given all the excuses under the sun - suspension arm needs time to bed in, tracking is the hardest part to do blah blah blah. I was even made to take the mechanic out twice in my car to show him the issue!

They finally gave in and took my car to Notts Auto Service next door who sorted the issue immediately.

I was told thank you for helping us diagnose a problem with our equipment!! Highly doubt they will even have their shoddy 'state of the art' equipment looked at.

AVOID THIS PLACE, STAFF KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS AND CARRY OUT 'WORK' TO A VERY POOR STANDARD!!!

I have been using Kam at Sawley, Nottingham now for almost 3 years, they have looked after our 3 cars for all their needs. I have found that Sol and his Amazing team to be nothing but the most helpful , accommodating, and efficient crew of people! What I really love about this bunch of guys is that they ALWAYS manage expectations and deliver on their promises WELL DONE 👏 although we have now left the area I will continue to use them as trust and cost is priceless 😀

Absolutely fantastic customer service from KAM.
We had a problem develop whilst driving down the A38, which was caused by poor workmanship from a different garage that we had recently had work done at. Calling around, KAM @ Belper was the nearest place still open, and although they were due to close for day, they were happy to have a look, fix the problem and get us back on the road! It was not too much trouble and they gave us helpful advice. We have decided due to their customer service and going out of their way, we will be using them for all future car maintenance & repairs.

Will never use this garage again. Car went in for a lot of work to get through MOT, car was returned with warning light on, when I contacted the garage was told I would have to pay again to have put on diagnostic machine and needed work that should have been carried out before MOT. Have now found a garage that I can trust

This was the first time I had used Kam and I received excellent customer service very happy with the work done will definitely use Kam in the future

My recent experience at this garage was significantly disappointing compared to previous visits. Despite owning a relatively new vehicle, it failed its MOT due to an issue with the headlight alignment, which I understand is a regulatory requirement, but it took 5 min to align the light. However, the communication surrounding this was poor. I was promised a callback within five minutes, which I missed due to a work meeting. Subsequently, the following day, I received a message indicating the windscreen washer fluid was low, suggesting an incomplete full service. This has eroded my trust in the thoroughness of their work.
Furthermore, there was a discrepancy in pricing. The online booking quoted £179 for the service, but I was ultimately charged £215 (service only) due to the specific engine oil required. Given that the garage collects the vehicle registration number during the online booking process, they should have been able to determine the correct oil and provide an accurate quote upfront. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service and the communication, and I will be considering alternative garages in the future.

Unfortunately I can't put a minus review, wish I could......Just wondering why my review isn't on here? Perhaps its because it's not the best for Kams? had my car recovered to these ( and they charged me for it even though I'd paid via my insurance) they apparently fixed my clutch, one hour later there was another fault... Luckily they fixed it with a cable tie!!!!
