The issue with my car was that the engine coolant was not retained. To my surprise, Kam charged £90 for their 'investigation'. I was told my car was 'in bits' on their ramp and they needed a decision. This is the first time I have been charged for a quote, and I felt pressured to continue.

KAM charged - to clean flow drains, thermostat housing & renew heating matrix £850. I now understand this covers three possible causes for leaking engine coolant. I regret not feeling able to get a quote from another garage. I definitely do not recommend this garage.

Easy booking process, service was great, upfront about costs no hidden surprises. Always take my car here.

Super helpful team! Went in on the way to work on a whim as my car was making a knocking sounds out of nowhere, I didn’t have an appointment and expected to be turned away but it was only garage I could think of at short notice. Som and Darren really did all they could to help me out even though they were super busy. Not only did they get me in on the same day, they had offered me a lift home to wait due to a recent knee injury and being unable to walk the distance, called me with an update by 12pm and called me with confirmation that the job was fixed by 3pm! I’ve never had such quick, straight forward service from a garage, especially as a walk-in. Cannot thank the team enough for their help, kindness and genuine care. Would recommend them to anyone!

I booked my ford mondeo in around 4 months ago for new clutch ? it came back with more problems then when it went in gears where just as bad .and also had a whine on steering .the refused to do anything about it saying not caused by them fitting new clutch?I have taken the car back twice and both times nothing done very quick to take £1200 of me.JUST BEWARE WHEN HAVING A NEW CLLUTCH? DONE

Had my car serviced and mot with another company DID not know they take the car to KAM for MOT otherwise .i would not had it service or MOT at the other garage .on the MOT paper it says PASS but rear tyres are cracking and perished. Which is not true one of the tyres done 1587 miles that KAM fitted .i have had both tyres check and they are good no cracking and not perished .took the car back to KAM the manager check the tyres and said they was good and signed the MOT paper saying the tyres was good .But now on the AA breakdown system .If i have a breakdown with a problem with rear tyres they are going to say on MOT they was on advisory and should have been repaired .

I called in at KAM Servicing Long Eaton today when a dashboard message flashed that a rear tyre needed checking asap. It turned out that I had a puncture and KAM managed to repaired it within the hour.
Once again, the Long Eaton staff have provided top service with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you!

Had my car MOT'd here and it failed. They listed numerous faults and an outrageous cost to carry out the repairs. I completed 2 of the straightforward repairs myself and took the car to a different garage a few days later and it passed the MOT. Be wary of this company.

Worst experience at a garage ever!

The KAM Servicing team in Beeston are a genuinely knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy team. Every time I've used them, they've provided a high-quality service and advice that I have complete confidence in. They're always happy to help, take the time to explain things clearly and patiently, and are friendly and approachable throughout.

If you're not particularly experienced with cars, it can sometimes be difficult to know who to trust, but that's never been a concern here. I know I'm getting honest advice and excellent service every time. Thank you to everyone at KAM Beeston.

Prices for parts way too high - £22.79 (inc VAT) for a daytime running light bulb? £15.59 for a number plate light bulb? £80.39 for an 134a aircon canister? These are about THREE TIMES the prices these items can be bought for on the retail market. A cabin filter, £60 (inc. VAT) - double the price of a new one on the retail market. Plus when they replaced the aircon canister it didn't work (probably because they put a used one in, not a new one). Never again - prices too high, unreliable workmanship.

Cannot praise KAM, North Sherwood St Nottm enough. Car needed MOT but have a broken wrist and cannot drive. KAM arranged pick up and return. Fabulous customer care. Audi couldn't do this so have lost a customer, KAM have gained one. Will return for annual service. Thank you guys.

Failed to book this at Abbey Street, Website would not allow the +add service. Please can we have MOT/ Brake Check at 252 Abbey Street, not Sinfin, where we have been before.
