The garage was fine good service and polite staff. My problem was that as an AA member I was offered 10% discount but never received it. Trying to contact Snartcare was almost impossible constantly blocked by chat bot. The saving I got from not using my dealer was negligible

This is a great to have when you cant afford a big lump sum to pay off in one go its been a life saver for me. But the company take ages to process and get back to you so the garage can get on a do the work, i found myself having to constantly keep ringing them to get there butt's in gear so the garage could proceed

Really pleased, easy to book online, choice of days and am/pm slots for convenience.
Prices seem competitive.
Our mobile mechanic was Louis, did a great job, very polite and professional. No mess left behind.
Will use again.

The garage was great but AA smartcare not very efficient

Had my car MOT undertaken by Cross Motor Engineering at Bideford on Avon. The communication, support and flexibility of the team was excellent. Very happy I selected Cross Motors for the quality of the work.

Engineer gave good communication , arrived on schedule and carried out service professionally.

i was very happy with the service undertaken , full check list and recommendations received by email within 112 hours .

I was amazed at the convenience and the cost of the repair and replacement of the front and rear discs and pads.Scot the mechanic was 1st class and kept me informed of his whereabouts, arrived on time and was quick friendly and very efficient. Would and already recommend to anyone who needs a job done 👍 5 star ⭐

I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SERVICE I PAID FOR.

I am extremely disturbed by an email I have received from AA following my service on my car 17th June which I have forwarded to them.

I went on your website last week to book mobile service and paid for MAJOR SERVICE. The email I received today mentions "my breakdown" and says I haven't been given a full service And not the same equivalent????????

I HAVENT HAD A BREAKDOWN?? AT NO POINT DID THE WEBSITE MENTION ABOUT BREAK DOWNS WHEN I BOOKED THE SERVICE. IT WAS ADVERTISED AS A NORMAL SERVICE FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. AT NO POINT WAS THIS ADVERTISED AS SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO A NORMAL SERVICE.

ADDITIONALLY THE EMAIL SAID I HAVE SIGNED DOCUMENTS TODAY WHICH I HAVEN'T AND STATES I HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS?? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. I CAN'T ACTUALLY BELIEVE THIS.

IN ADDITION TO THIS , AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING I WOULD HAVE A MORNING APPOINTMENT BEFORE MIDDAY AND THAT I WOULD BE CALLED ..AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MORNING TO LET ME KNOW TIME SLOT AND AGAIN 15 MINS BEFORE/ WHEN ON THEIR WAY.

I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS. WHEN I CALLED TO CHASETHEY TOLD ME THAT THEYD CHANGED TO LATE PM 1500.BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM ME .

AS I HAVEN'T HAD THE WORK DONE THAT I PAID FOR I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

THEY CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT FROM A MAJOR SERVICE TO A"BREAKDOWN" WHICH I NEVER HAD AND MECHANIC WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 45 MINS. NOT 2 HOURS LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.

I received response yesterday from someone with the pathetic unprofessional response :

AA think this response to a complaint is acceptable by denying they sent the email even though I already checked the email address and it ended in: theaa.com . I can't put full address due to trustpilot block posts with email addresses. They didn't even apologise for changing my appointment to the end and not informing me and not calling as they were meant to to.

I will be taking this further.

Garage was good appoinment in however no communication of additional works carried out till i left and they told me of the extra charge and additional work has already been done. Had to call customer service to get them to verify workwas carried outand extra charge was eligible

Good communication. Friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.

Very happy as was kept informed on the date of appointment, also when the mechanic would arrive. He was very friendlyand and quick on replacing my breaks. Would recommend booking this service as easier than doing it all at the garage.

Helped me find a good local garage but that's it. Terrible communication, multiple messages ups, messages giving me different times and stressing me out thinking my mot won't get done in time, too many emails and made everything so much more complicated. I will be going directly with the garage from now on. Only one person I spoke to on phone was any good. Not recommended

Exceptional service. I had my front brake pads changed and opted for the work to be done at home. Engineer was on time, cracked on and the work was completed within 45mins. Will definitely use this service again!!

Arrived within the allotted time. Friendly and professional. Listened to my concerns and re-ran the diagnostics to make sure correct repair was taking place. Very reasonable cost for driveway repairs.

Easy to book, garage called to confirm pick up time, they arrived at the listed time. Emailed copies of the MOT and service as well as the print outs. Did not upsell or exaggerate anything (previous experience of this at other garages). Would definitely use again.
