Another great service and MOT from the Ambergate KAM crew
Kept me informed on the progress of work required and recommendations of the timescale for the advisory repairs

I have used Kam Servicing for the last 20 years .
I have found their work to be exceptional. They are always polite, courteous and readily available so sort any problems I may have with my car.
I would not go anywhere else.

Mot took too long,brought my car 7am was ready at 1.30pm , only after i had started ringing them . Fixed my headlamp bracket with cable ties paid £60 for that . scam company do not go there

Even though I moved further away I still take my car to this garage for years now. Professional and friendly team, they gained my trust and loyalty.

I’ve had my car for 5 years and nothing has ever been wrong with it. 30k mileage.

I took it in for an MOT and service and as soon as i got home the engine light went on.

They then had another look at it to tell me what was wrong with it and said it wouldn’t have been picked up on the service.

I asked the man behind the desk to write down the problem so I wouldn’t forget. I did it but acted as though it was a massive problem. Just thought he was very rude. It’s obvious to me it’s something they’ve done and now it will cost me an extra £400+ to fix.

Won’t be going back.

Quick efficient service

Very professional, quick service and helpful. I had broken down and needed a new tyre, the garage was not known to me but they fitted me in at very short notice and changed the tyre efficiently and at a good price. Very reassuring as a woman on your own - thank you KAM Servicing - thoroughly recommend your garage and your super helpful team.

Absolutely love these guys and would recommend to everyone! They always go over and above - the type of service you rarely see these days. I’ve had some absolutely shocking experiences with garages in Beeston but these guys have always been nothing but generous, accommodating and kind. With Ash and Jim on the front desk (they’ve been there for years which is great as they always remember customers) and their team of brilliant mechanics, this is a brilliant place and deserve the full 5 stars!

Plenty of availability for booking in which is greatly appreciated.
Those taking the calls on reception are extremely polite, including towards female customers, which is not always the case in all garage settings. I felt well-looked after as a customer. Strong service.

After going over a bump a flap had been partially ripped off and was making a worrying noise. This was well fixed and an inspection of the tyres and steering was also carried out. Fortunately there was no other damage. I thought the standard of care to both my car and me was wonderful. It turned out to be such a short job after all that I was not charged.

The online booking was easy and Shaun and Paul at the Sutton in Ashfield branch were very friendly and made having my car serviced a pleasant experience. Shaun explained everything the car needed and why, did not pressure me into having things done that were not needed and just gave advice. Would highly recommend...and bonus points for having a large carpark .

This garage was good up until today when I took it in for a MOT said I needed headlight alignment and there was no brake fluid after recently having a major service at stoneacre I was curious so rang stoneacre they told me to take it in which I did they checked it to full MOT standards and said headlights were fine and brake fluid was full also said they have heard the same stories about kam servicing very disappointed I guess the reviews are true.

I went in for an MOT and full service.
Five days after I had to go back as my engine oil light came on… thought nothing of they said it was my car it was being sensitive, then just 3 days after it came on again, checked my car, I had an oil leak.
Took it back, they had fitted the wrong sump plug. Will never return back to that garage as I went it passed its MOT with no advisories came out with an oil leak

Staff is good explained me twice what’s the issue with the vehicle and what issues should be prioritised and serviced my vehicle very well but damaged right passenger side door handle. It’s not working anymore. I didn’t expect this careless from reputed service station. I was very happy with the service and staff until I saw my door handle. It’s my mistake as well I should check before leaving the place but I was getting late for my shift and when I reach back at home I got this surprise

Always get good efficient service with Kams. I’m fussy about where I take my vans but have no qualms about recommending these guys from my experience at either Ambergate OR Heanor.

It was easy to book online. Friendly customer service and got my car same day.

Took sons black box out of his car when doing mot spoke to vosa this is not something that should be happening as it is illegal to tamper with it . Also work that needs doing to car was twice as much as halfords .stay well away
