I contacted the company to purchase two throws. They didn’t have the ones that I wanted in stock but I was able to pre- order. They explained when they would be available and they sent me the throws straight away. Very pleased with the beautiful throws, thank you

Service good, Delivery not so
Customer service was good, but in our communications we made clear we didn't require the lamps until March. The lamps were delivered in January. The order clearly stated March for delivery.

got delivered the desk, asked them to put in the first floor, the stuff told me its not in our paper, we will not do it and its not our problem, worst experience Ive ever got ! I told them this behave is not acceptable and they didn't even care ... contacted House of Isabella and got ignored, still waiting for there reply
if I was ware of this bad handling of customer before buying, I will not go for it !!!

Our standard delivery service is to ground floor only, unless a first-floor or higher-room delivery has been requested and agreed in advance. We do always try to accommodate specific delivery requests where possible, but these do need to be arranged prior to delivery so they can be correctly booked with the delivery team.
We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of the desk, but we’re sorry that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations.
ash galvanised flower bucket
I ordered an ash galvanised flower bucket but the delivered bucket did not match the item I ordered in the slightest.
The product delivered looked completely different from the vase shown on the website at the time of purchase. The bucket I ordered clearly had two horizontal stripes around it and a much wider base, whereas the item delivered has no stripes at all and a noticeably narrower, tapered shape. Overall, the proportions and design are not the same product.
Not only this but I’ve sent multiple emails to each of the departments of house of Isabella trying to resolve this issue - and they have all been useless! Not a single one has even bothered getting back to me

I am so happy with my table! Looks so much more expensive and so elegant. It arrived earlier than stated which meant I could show it off at Christmas! Very well packaged too. Would definitely recommend and already looking at my next purchase.

Products do not match website listing at all
Ordered 4 large table lamps, delivery on time but the lamps were completely wrong - features do not match what is advertised on the website at all.
Extremely delayed customer service response, no resolution in sight, sitting with huge boxes in living room making the holiday season a nightmare sight.
Highly disappointed by their continued lack of response
