COWBOYS! Do not purchase from them. You risk losing hundreds of pounds if you buy 'premium' products from them that are faulty & DANGEROUS. The INCOMPETENT customer service team expect you to contact the brands yourself and fob you off and tell lies to hold onto your money.

Absolutely terrible experience with House of Isabella.
Our order has been delayed for a month and a half, and we still haven’t received it. The staff keep giving completely different answers — some say the order has already been shipped, others say it hasn’t even arrived to them yet, and then another person says it will be delivered in two weeks.

There’s no clear understanding of what’s actually happening. The only way to contact them is by email or chat, where you get the same copy-and-paste message: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience, this is not the level of service we usually provide.” And that’s it — no real help, no resolution.

They don’t have a phone number, so it’s impossible to speak to anyone or find out where your order (worth £1,500!) actually is.

Think twice before ordering anything from them.

I placed an order on 22 September for some artificial flowers which arrived promptly and a vase (£158) which has not. I have been told it will take up to 4 weeks and when I followed up at four weeks, I have been told they are following up with the logistics company, that they “received notification that your order has been prepared for delivery today” (that was on 27/10) and then that “your order has been loaded and is ready for delivery” (that was on 28/10), all of which is a lie as it is now 30/10 and no delivery. I asked for a tracking number which was not provided. I asked for a refund twice and this was ignored as I kept being promised imminent delivery.

Unfortunately at this stage I am having to raise a transaction dispute with my credit card company. It’s a shame really that I am having to spend sooo much time on this issue and I can categorically say I will not be buying from this company again.

Not only all decorations are gorgeous at house of Isabella, but the quality is 5⭐️. I highly recommend.

First time buying from House of Isabella, but I can already see the very tempting range of items on offer.

My purchase was shipped and arrived in record time. The item was very carefully packed for transportation and arrived intact, which is always a relief when it comes to online orders in general.

I was clearly informed about the status of my order at every stage and couldn't be happier with the way they have handled the whole process.

I recently purchased a set of bar stools from house of Isabella.
My order was delivered within a few days.
The furniture was so easy to build, came with all the necessary tools and looks divine.
I loved the set I purchased and was so impressed with the communication and customer service I purchased a second set which also arrived within a few days.
I wasn’t expecting them to come so quickly or be so easy to assemble as I have recently bought furniture from many big online furniture retailers with long dispatch times and complicated instructions.

Ordered a pillow on the 1st of September, it’s now the 14th. The status says the order is “is being prepared”. I’ve emailed twice and messaged on IG but no response yet. So far very disappointed with this company and I’m still waiting on a reply. At this stage, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I ordered a large mirror, expecting it would take several weeks. It did not! Within days I was sent a delivery date and time, Believe it or not, it actually showed up within a two hour window as promised! The mirror was packed very well with no damage. The mirror itself was exactly what I expected and in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with my experience all the way around.

Similar to the review left below this is my first and worst shopping experience. I also ordered furniture from House of Isabella, £1000 worth. Was told 2-4 weeks and here we are 6 weeks later with poor delivery delay excuses from sale assistants and “managers”…..
