Penalised for leaving- Greyhound
I contacted Greyhound to cancel my account to be told that they will charge my account €15 per bin to sanitise each bin. So that's €45 to sanitise and collect my bins- which are currently clean and empty. That's not a reason to return ever to a company that I have been with for 10+ years!

love this Bin Company their so understanding when comes to the loyality of their costumers, thry helped me so many times single mother with 3 children and got me on a plan that suited my self Cheap Also than most bin companies and yeah don't need a derict debt like other companies can use pay as you go witch is grand for people like my self, The Chap Martin was so helpful he lifted so much stress off my shoulders after the last few rough weeks I was crying with happy tears he was great honey to god,

Living in Celbridge.Living in the back of a cul de sac .Its now becoming a habit that the collection staff ,if they cant get the truck reversed all the way back into the cul de sac ,are walking away and leaving me and others without a sevice .A service I and others are paying for.A small extra effort ,its not a brick wall they gave to climb just a few extra steps.They seem to be in a hurry to get out as quickly as possible.Its becoming ridicilous now at this point checking tx's to see if they managed this time or not.There are 3 other service providers calling to this estate ,they might be worth a call.A very dissatisfied customet

Great service, no hassle
I just had to leave a review after Greyhound came back for my bins after I forgot to put them out (again!) The lads are always polite and helpful even on rainy days like this, always with a wave hello and never leave a mess or debris behind. Highly recommend, 5 star service.

Bins not collected for over a month Greyhound dragging their feet.
For the 5+ weeks Greyhound has only been picking up one black bin. The other two have been left uncollected as they discontinued their collection. They were contacted last week and although it is clearly THEIR MISTAKE they keep talking about 3 working day so it wont be till nearly a week for them to sort it out that is if they collect on time (we were told will be collected monday never happened). In the meantime the bins are overflowing on the curb posing a H&S hazard (pictures of the situation were provided to them). No taking any responsibility whatsoever. In addition to sort out their mistake it will take five working days so the bins wont be collected on Monday when they are due.!!

Hello I got a message that my price will increase of 3€. I chated with the Team and they told you are a loyal customer and you so not pay it. Ok I was happy. But now I had a look and I pay the 3€ more sice 3 month. I will cancle and go to Citybin. My customer Nr is 6970002.

Greyhound are a disaster
Greyhound are a disaster. Constantly throwing the empty bins anywhere often blocking access to driveways. After sending them photographs they said they would improve but once again my drive was blocked by 4 empty bins. I cancelled my subscription and they said it would take 5 to 7 weeks to issue a refund cheque!!!

Its beyond shocking hie bad the service is. With them 10 weeks now and every week I have to ring as bins havent been collected. Have been speaking to a manager who assured me the problem would be fixed. Again today my bins haven't been collected. Avoid this company

well i get a text each time to put bin out at 630am so i did that and my brown bin was left outside the house so wwhats the point in me doing that if you don't collect them sorry just annoyed .can you please see why it was left and everyone else was emptied

Incapable of removing bins
We have recently moved out of our rental house so have terminated our contract with Greyhound and they were going to collect our empty bins - we had to pay extra for them to be emptied.
It takes Greyhound 3-5 working days to collect/remove the bins and the bins were right in front of our house the entire time. However, we still received a text message saying that the bins could not be collected because they were 'not accessible'.
We have to wait another 3-5 working days for the next attempt now and who knows if they will collect them or not...
Please be advised that this process of getting bins removed can take a long time with Greyhound so plan accordingly!

Joke of a company.
Sign a new contract with unlimited allowance on brown bins. Next two weeks my bins weren't taken.
Told its to heavy. When i never had problems like that before new contract. I'm only a small guy and easily brought bin out to be collected yet its to heavy for these big trucks.
More waffle.

Failure to collect bins
For the last three months, for every second green bin collection our bin is not collected despite being outside our house. Each I time I call and a separate pick up is arranged. The third time I asked them why it keeps happening and twice I was promised a call back which didn’t happen, also this week, for the follow up pick up they refused ti collect the bin as it was just inside our gate (as instructed) and we had to put in on our pavement for a second collection. Why is this happening?!?!?!

You are raising your prices again. I didn't notice that the contract with you was renewed in a year (without notifying me) and now I can't disconnect from you and take out of my bread money to pay you.
