Have to go looking for the bin…

Have to go looking for the bin everytime it’s emptied it’s likely to be anywhere on the road, paying enough for a service to have a little bit of regard to where their put after being emptied and it’s not only mine the bins are left at the side of the road blocking driveways etc, numerous times I’ve seen people have to get out of their cars to move them

Can't find any faults

Can't find any faults. Reasonable price with no yearly fee and only pay weight on black bin as collected. Have never had collection issues.

Bin replacement …

A week ago my grey bin got damaged during bin collection. I contacted Greyhound and I had a new bin within 5 days as promised.

Could be better

Out of the blue skipping collection, especially the brown bin (the most smelly), every now an again raising the monthly fee, for “out of hand” reasons, which I would understand better if it came with some improvement on the service. But yet, facing scenarios as described

Bin men mix up bins and leave our bin at neighbours which causes confusion for all… or they leave bins in front of our driveway which is dangerous as we live on a main road

3 times my bins where not emptied when…

3 times my bins where not emptied when I left them out. I have to ring the company and even after that my green bins where not emptied as promised over the phone.

A listening real ear.

I think grey hound is to expensive when…

I think grey hound is to expensive when I first went in with them it was 10 euro then it was 16 euro now it’s 31 euro I’m a pensioner and can’t afford it

Just moved here to Dun Laoire last September. Really impressed that Greyhound do our road collection at 6am. Minimum disruption. Excellent, reliable service. No debris or rubbish left behind

Good Service

Collection service is very reliable, but even though we put bins out the night before, sometimes it is evening before they are collected. The price is also high.
