Many thanks to Nick and Isaac at Gravells, Hereford for all their assistance in the purchase of our Dacia Bigster. We previously had a Duster but needed more space to accommodate a wheelchair. Nick and Isaac handled all the DVLA paperwork for us meaning there was a smooth transition from Duster to Bigster. Fab customer service, all round.

Just want to leave a quick review on our experience with Gravells of Narberth, my wife and I went to look for a new car last week at The Narberth garage, parked our old car up went inside within 4 mins of being there, Lewis Gravell approached us asking if everything was ok, we explained what we where doing there and he took over and did his thing, absolutely fantastic experience with him, cut a long story short we picked up our new car today, all I can say from a personal point of view is this, nothing was to much for Lewis he answered all the questions we had explained the process and it went as smooth as one could expect absolutely outstanding service couldn't recommend them enough, one thing is for sure this won't be the last time we buy a new car from you a massive 5***** from myself and my beautiful wife thanks for the making the experience painless well apart from giving you the money of course 😆 thanks again

Exceptional dealership and customer service
After visiting a local dealerships and test driving a Renault Megane we were set on the car, however not so taken by the dealerships. Previously having a Kia and dealing with Gravells Abergavenny, I think we had been spoilt and expected the same great experience. When we found a Gravells in Kidwelly that also specialised in Renault we deemed the longer journey to the dealership well worth it! And it was. Second time writing this 1 star rating as Gravells clearly had my review removed for speaking the truth. I've had nothing but terrible service since I started going there. Leased 3 cars over 5 years and each time I book on for MOT, I'm lied to stating that they tried calling to cancel. They even slyly added 2 payments of service when I went to pay a deposit for my car, even though I specifically told them I didn't want it. I've had one service out of it, and I've recently booked the car into another garage for my second serviced despite already paying Gravells. Receptionist is so unprofessional. I will never ever return.

Great Service after transfer of Renault dealership
I had initial problems with the MOT and servicing of my Renault Captur when Gravells took over the Hereford Renault dealership. My service plan could not be transferred by EMAC because of the change of dealership but the servicing was honored by Gravells with what was left in the pot when I had to cancel the plan at no extra cost to myself. The MOT could not be completed because the systems were not in place after the dealership transfer with the added complication that the old dealership did not have any follow up plans to inform customers when both the service and MOT, in particular, were due. I can confidently say that with the new dealership there is now a full and robust system in place where their valued customers will now be informed when a Service and MOT are due. I found the reception staff Samatha and Rebecca, also Shaun the new after sales manager very efficient in the way they solved the issues I had during the dealership transfer to my complete satisfaction, well done.

Never again
Getting my Kia service orgainised with Gravell's was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company. Two months from start to finish. I won't go into the full story, but a particular highlight was learning that an online booking isn't actually a booking - "Someone should have phoned you" - and it would be a further three weeks before they could fit it in. When it finally happened I lost a week's work while they waited for a part, followed by "We *might* get it fixed tomorrow". I had to threaten a sit-in in their showroom in order to get them to finally pull their finger out.
I was planning on changing my car this year. It won't be a Kia because there's no way I'm dealing with Gravells again.
