Their plugin is easy to use but most importantly their customer support is top notch. Highly recommend!

Wanted a simple way to flow YouTube videos from our channel into our web pages... SMASH BALLOON rocked it!

I've been using the Facebook multifeed Wordpress plugin for over a year now and it has been reliable and works well.

Customer support have been quick and effective.

We have used the Facebook Feed plugin for a year and it's been pretty effective. In the middle of that, Facebook changed the token system that the plugin utilised, and we managed to re-authorise the plugin's access to our account using the Smash Balloon tech guide without having to contact support. I needed support this week for a separate issue, and the response was quick and "supportive".

Reliable and easy to use plugin. Support team are very quick and understanding. I'm a very happy customer!

The support staff was great to work with, multiple times over the years. I would highly suggest there service to have seamless social media integrations. Please note I run Highland Multimedia, been doing webstuff for 20+ years. These are good people.

The card was charged for an auto-renewal that was not expected and could not be managed, because the account and renewal emails were linked to a wrong email address caused by a typing error at checkout. Support acknowledged that the email stored for the account was incorrect, yet still refused a full refund, hiding behind internal Terms and presenting a partial refund as a “one-time courtesy”, whereas respecting consumer law on subscriptions and renewals should not be treated as a favor. On top of that, the service was effectively unusable: despite paying, it was a struggle to make it work and more of an obstacle course than a useful tool, and support replies were reaching the incorrect inbox. This way of handling an auto-renewing online service is very disappointing.

I am Japanese. I am writing because SmashBalloon handled my refund request with remarkable speed.
Typically, overseas services (from a Japanese perspective) have very poor customer support. Especially with negative issues like refund requests, it's not uncommon for them to be deliberately ignored, anticipating that customers won't pursue the matter.
However, SmashBalloon was different. Even for a request resulting in an unfortunate outcome for the company, they clearly identified the responsible party and handled it with exceptional agility and integrity.
My sincere thanks to Paola-san, who handled this matter. I was deeply impressed—this must be the transparency culture of a solid Western company—and found it a truly fascinating experience.
While the product content happened to not align with my needs this time, the company's reliability deserves an unquestionable ★5 rating.

This plugin for social feed embed in the website is well done. We use it for YouTube feed, it allowed us to create a specific menu to show all videos in every playlist. We are very satisfied and we want to thank to Smash Balloon support staff, all the people reply and solve problem very quickly.

Your free version is useless. It's impossible to test out the plugin before purchasing... Give a wide berth to this plugin!

Horrible plugin!!!! Never worked properly. I stopped trying to fix it within a month of paying for it.
They have so many fake reviews .
Today I went to cancel my subscription as my subscription ends Feb. 2nd. Of course it says that “you don’t need to do anything and it will automatically renew”. Nowhere does it allow you to cancel. It gives you the runaround and when you finally find the page that says cancel subscription it goes to an OOPS page. Oops it didn’t work.
Unethical! Shady! Thieves!
I have left three emails and waiting for response.

They offered premium support even after I deleted it for personal reasons.

Plugin doesn't work as advertised and is not gdpr compliant, so I paid for a product I can't use.
Support doesn't seem to be doing anything, for the last two weeks they've just promised to "look into it".
Don't buy this - they focus on their sales page, not on their product.

Sadly this companies customer support has taken a turn for the worse. Their Facebook feed plug-in NO LONGER WORKS. We purchased a 5 site licence only 2 of which were being used. We can now not use any of them!! Their support agent 'Paolo' was completely disinterested in our request for a refund. They only wanted to credit our account, or use the funds on another product which we didn't require. Definitely won't be using Smash Balloon for anymore of our 350 websites.
