I was REALY annoyed that on exiting medium stay parking that I then passed into lane for drop off and ended up paying £10 fine for doing so. This is grossly unfair and due to unclear signage as from review many fall foul of this scam.

I have used the long stay car parking
I have used the long stay car parking. Parking and suttle. They were great but I have to pay for drop off charge as the post code they provide will lead you to the drop off zone and google map link did not work. The long stay carpark sign at entry is small and easy to miss. Don't know it is deliberate to earn more or not! That part could have been avoided with better and clearer instructions in the website, I guess.
To the authorities, is there any scope of improvement please?

Although we did chose short stay car…
Although we did chose short stay car park as we had a short trip the parking costs just seem to be increasingly high. Unfortunately this seems to be an industry standard. Not really helping the Tourism industry as a whole.

Easy to book,directions to parking zones are magnificent.Bus service to terminal is very frequent and drivers are great.
You just need to make a note of your car park number and also your zone.

Overall, Long Stay South is my go to parking…
Overall Long Stay is my go to parking despite being an extra hours drive than Heathrow. I do avoid high days and holidays because prices get ridiculously inflated.
Buses are regular and close to the terminal and manned by helpful drivers and good location information.
For some reason the number plate recognition didn’t work on my latest trip but was quickly resolved with a quick check with the help button.
Main issue these days are the gargantuan, mostly electric vehicles everywhere making it well -nigh impossible to get out of or walk between cars. The South short stay being the worst to park in or follow vehicles unable to competently negotiate the tight turns between levels.

Great service, easy drop-off and very close to the departure area.
Our return was delayed and it is great to know that the car is just five minutes walk from the arrivals area.

So easy to take your car to the car park
hand over the keys, check return flight with Assistant and off you ho on holiday
2 mins to the doors of the departures
no worries no problems just holiday mood then collect the car on return 10 mins and u are on your journey home
I have done this for several trips and recommend this service

Gatwick valet parking 10/10
I have not used airport parking before and I have to say the valet parking at Gatwick was a seamless experience. Greeted on arrival and collection was a breeze. I highly recommend this service and will be using it again for sure.
