Dreadful bus service on Burniston road and Cross lane area. Four buses a day or fifteen minute walk to get to the next closest bus stop, then only one per hour. Last buses around five o'clock and no Sunday service at all.

waiting for a bus, put arm out to stop it just went by. got into hull interchange went and reported it, was told would be contacted in 7-10 workings days.after a month with no contact went back to interchange explained everything again, was told could not find original complaint but would look into it and ring me later that day still waiting 10 days later. customer service WHAT customer service.

3 trips this week on x46/47 1 st didn’t turn up. Return didn’t turn up, next bus was full. I got on it and watched it sailing past everyone. Some having waited an hour. 4 th trip it arrived 12 mins late. Thankfull for small mercies. I am on the last bud out of York tonight so quite nervous about it to say the least! It’s a disgracefully service to be frank. Late is understandable but no show with such regularity is totally unacceptable

People complaining about bus times. That's circumstantial. Buses are good, on the 56, and the x47, although the x47 needs a proper clean, inside. Grubby.

Robbery and disgrace
Bus driver said our group ticket of 5 was for 4, forced a friend to pay 2£, and when we checked the ticket and showed her she said she couldnt refund us. Absolute robbery and disgrace
What's good about buses
Had to take a bus for first time in years.
As was in hospital I had no idea trouble was happening in hull city center.
Paid the fare then was told to get off before city center due to safety of drivers and passengers.
So got off only to see bus go to the station and overtake me... So It was obviously safe?
Completely out of there hands when trouble starts and they did What they thought was right.. But at least tell me I would have to get off early before I pay a 2 pound fee( was 1.60 but driver overrides machine as part of government 2 pound ride etc.).
So I now have to walk 3 miles home in agony after surgury with no more money, only to see the bus go exactly the same place I wanted to be.
Now I know why I haven't been on a bus for years now

I have used this service for a long time mainly the 121 service . Tonight I stood at the bus stop for 12 mins before the arrival time at the nearest stop to Ings Lane at Dunswell,the bus sailed by even I requested a stop. Does the driver think I’m there for the good of my health or just like to hang out at bus stops at 70 odd years old, a 3 miles walk is not all ways handy , crap service and I have already starting telling everyone . Bus timetables don't align with when the buses run. Make sure you arrive 15 mins early than the listed time, as the bus could be 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late, if it even turns up at all. Never use this service for anything important as you'll be left disappointed the majority of the time.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they share a parent company with local taxi services, as I've had to book a taxi last minute due to unlisted cancellations as many times as I've used the weekly bus ticket.

Yet again the bus fails to turn up 4 different times are listed one on the app one there website one at the bus stop one on Google it showed up at none of these times.
The bus is constantly late with moody drivers who either drive past you because they "didn't see you" or just they hate people. Time for them to move on and get a new job I think.
It's laughable that the owners of this "company" can sit back and say yeah we are doing a good job like most things now it's a joke.

Eyms being descrimate against the disabled
Basically I still can't get onto any eyms bus, the joke is they say is it's wheelchair friendly but that's a fat lie. They should say only limited to very small adult wheelchairs and then the space gets stolen by women with prams then the driver won't ask them to move. Yet it states in the law the wheelchair space is for wheelchairs not prams. The government gave the disabled bus passes to give us more freedom yet were still a prisoners in our homes. Even if we buy another road legal mobility scooter we get harrashed by drivers and buses wanting us off the road. We get soaked in winter as it's 800 pound for a canopy but we can't afford that when we have to spend upto 5 thousand pounds on a mobility scooter. But we need a proper wheelchair space on all buses they take our money and won't consult a wheelchair user of a mid wheel type when designing the space or if they did we would have equal rights on travels but afraid they please their share holders and board of directors instead.
Terrible!!
The service this company provides is terrible. I’ve caught a bus from Pocklington to York and back once a month for the last 18 months. Only three times have I caught the bus there and back at the advertised times. From York late afternoon every other bus appears to be cancelled. Absolutely shocking service.
Disability discrimination
They are unwilling to comply with disability discrimination act by not allowing me to take my medication on buses

Awful service
Awful service. Last Friday I needed to be in the City Centre by 5pm. Having checked the app and noticing that the 154 due to arrive at Haltemprice Leisure Centre at 16.25 was cancelled, I decided to walk to Willerby Square to catch the 54 service. When I left home, this service was running 3 minutes late. By the time I had walked to Willerby Square and checked the app again, it was running 20 minutes late, now due to arrive at 16.50. the bus arrived at Willerby Square at this time then turned all the lights off, changed to not in service and departed without passengers in the direction of the city centre. Checking the app again at this time, I noticed that the next 54 had also been cancelled and that the next 154 was running in the region of 15 minutes late. Eventually caught the 154 - on arrival at MIdland Street, it was announced that the bus would serve the City Centre bus stops, which was ideal as I needed to be on Albion Street. The bus then proceeded to turn left into Ferensway and go straight to the station, making me approximately 1 hour late. Truly and utterly awful service - if I could award 0 stars I would do so without hesitation.
Driver ignored me when I held my hand out
Set off 15 minutes in advance to catch the 105 bus from cottingham to hull on Wednesday 25th October for a very important event, Held my hand out driver had his indicators on, so there’s me thinking he’s stopping for me, And then just drives past, I’m sorry you can’t strike cuz you’re not getting paid enough when you can’t even do your job properly, This has happened too much, Hull needs a new bus company, East Yorkshire are useless sort it out, STOP DRIVING PAST PASSENGERS THAT ARE PAYING TO USE YOUR SERVICE

Once again the morning bus (8.09) late and the geniuses at EYMS put single deckers on the route at the busiest times on one of the the main roads in the city (Holderness road) so it sails past full to bursting. Ridiculous

Took number 57 yesterday at 11.05 with my dog and the bus driver was so rude. Asked for Kingston vets stop and said 1.50 then 2.00 and went on to say 2.50 in October. Told me l had go up stair as there was another dog on board and did so. Did not know what he's problem was. Needs customer service training
