I repeatedly have very poor experiences with this team. Communication is poor, if you need a response I recommend raising a complaint as incredibly difficult to find any other email contact on the site otherwise. They rely on post in 2026, and information is opaque. Avoid

I have waited for 3 months and made multiple phone calls to get my money back from shares. I have been promised on multiple occasions it will has been agreed by a Managed that the funds can go straight into my bank account within 2 working days. This has not happened on ANY of those occassions. It is taking up a huge amount of my time being on hold and having to chase this up. I assume my money is being withheld without my permission so I have no choice other than to take this further. I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!

this is a terrible company. unfortunately my shares i inherited have been moved over to them. I have tried selling them but they want me to print thing out and nobody has a printer these days and it is impossible to speak to someone who speaks englishto explain this.

I haven't been able to log in to my account via the app for a week. I tried the website but received a message that my account doesn't exist. I registered again and am waiting for the email with the verification code. My colleagues at work aren't experiencing similar issues with the app. Are you experiencing any system issues?

tryed calling for the passed 3 days waited 45 minuits each time(could not register and told to call them)no point calling back i would need to keep all relevant paperwork with me if not in house

All I need is to change the monthly payment date of my service pension. Should be straightforward, but it's proved to be impossible. The only way it can be changed is by emailing, they can't do it over the phone (35 minutes on hold to be told I had to email). I have been trying to change this for 7 years ! I email twice a year, get the automatic reply and absolutely nothing happens. Totally dysfunctional, not for for purpose. I'm in despair and will write to my MP with copies of all the 14 emails I've sent over the past 7 years.

What an amazing person I dealt with this afternoon . I’m not sure if I am allowed to mention her name which is Tushar Gupta
By the time I had finished the call I must have been online for 1.45mins. Unfortunately like for some older people I find technology can be sometime a struggle.
Tushar Gupta had the most patience and knowledge to help me. Personally I think Tushar should be given recognition for excellent Customer Service. THANK YOU

Very patient when we explained that we had sight and hearing issues. Explanation of procedures were clearly explained and our questions were answered.

Didn't have too long to wait honest time frame given ..very polite response
Explained however that accents are difficult..
For myself older ( but a speech & Language Therapist)...still struggled to fully hear the speech ( Indian accent).
So needs to have slower delivery and some help with phonics speech sounds in English sorry to add that
Nice cheerful politeness kind man

I found the operative, Vathsala, very helpful and efficient. I've worked for 35 years in financial services and know how much processes are bogged down by the need to ID clients, and then go through the statutory warnings before actioning requests. Vathsala handled this all very well, and had answers for the couple of questions I had without having to search through her script.
Overall, a big well done.
