I had an email re the latest Lloyds dividend in my EQUINITI account but not one from my EQI investment account for some reason. I then inadvertently used the wrong address to try to access my EQI account but subsequent conversation with RAMSIYA guided me to resolve my problem in a very patient manner.

Was a joy to speak to she guided me through setting up a new pin number never lost her patience with Me whereas I was beginning to lose mine.
It’s not easy guiding somebody through this when she can’t see the screen that I am looking at
But in the end, we got there and we even had a laugh at the end of the conversation I wish her well in all that she does.x
