Helen kept me informed every step of the way whilst buying and Maureen was equally good when selling my house.

I have no idea how people rent a property from this company, I have applied multiple times and don't even get a viewing despite being told I WILL be contacted, I can be the first to say id like to apply, no problem youd think. Property let, same again, and again, once I have had an email saying sorry the property has gone, no I didnt get a viewing at that one either!!! Useless

As an expat living abroad for the last 30 years, I had no idea what to do, or expect. My son viewed the property on our behalf, and I called Maureen McInnes with an offer. Within 20 minutes we had agreed a price with the seller. We used her recommended solicitors and completed all the initial requirements within a very short space of time with the help of Deanne Riley.

Very professional service and could not fault it. From customer services to sale was an all round positive experience. Helen in customer services responded to every question promptly and made me feel comfortable at all stages of the selling process. The photographer was really good and the pics made the house look amazing. The house was on the market for a week, 2 viewing slots over 2 days and sale executed by end of it by Claire. Claire was brilliant dealing with prospective buyers and was very informative, pleasant and great at her job. Selling property isn't always easy. You can either go for one of the 'cheaper' options or go for a quality service like Donald Ross. You might get lucky with the cheaper agents, but there is no need for luck if you sign up with Donald Ross. They are professional, thorough and they work tirelessly to market and sell your property. Definitely not the cheapest, but I wouldn't sell with anyone else.

Very pleased with the service from Donald Ross, Tracey was more than helpful in that I had a problem with my original finance provider and she put me in touch with their preferred mortgage advisor who sorted out the problem and arranged my mortgage and sorted out a lawyer to process the legal side of things.
