We initially purchased from Donald Ross & after dealing with Maureen who was so helpful, knowledgeable & just a lovely person so we went with them to sell our property. Great service all round all members of staff very professional & nothing is ever a problem in helping you or answering any queries. Definitely recommended this company.

Donald Ross Residential had already sold our house and our experience in dealing with all members of the team was superb.(please see previous review selling our property) Therefore, we found buying a property being sold by Donald Ross Residential quite straightforward as all our details were on file. I found Maureen & Will very helpful when I rang to ask questions about property and we were also able to view property again once missives were concluded accompanied by Kirsty.

I found working with Donald Ross Ayr to sell my property to be a straight forward process. The staff were friendly and helpful and once I accepted an offer the staff explained the next steps until completion really well. The only negative aspect was not being informed that if Donald Ross were to do the viewings there would be a £20.00 charge per viewing I think that this should be explained up front so that the seller knows all the costs before choosing an agent.

I would definitely recommend this company as they are very helpful and understanding with my situation I am a first time buyer so was new to all this and they really helped me and reassured me.

What can I say ? Well it's been a very worthwhile experience I had with donald ross Residential, from my 1st contact with Tracey Oakley the valuer who gave an accurate appraisal and value of my property ,to the lady helen that does the clerical side and also others I spoke to on the phone etc , I was very impressed by how they kept me right up to date with all viewings and appraisals and after only 10 days my property was sold at a price I was very happy with , would thoroughly recommend this companies proffesionslism, courteous and friendly approach ,👍

Great experience from the outset, from the Valuation by Tracey, who listened and understood our circumstances. She took plenty of time to fully explain Donald Ross's process, organising the Photographer & arranging the Home Report etc.... all of which were actioned in a matter of days.

Immediately after the schedule was approved and going live online, bookings for viewings were arranged at a time which suited us. We had the option for them to carry out viewings for a small fee but opted to do the viewings ourself and they went brilliantly.
