Every single member of the team worked with such professionalism. Will gave me their quote while Maureen and Elliot showed my house to viewers. A wonderful photographer, who really cared about making my house look its best, took beautiful photos. Helen Hunter then chose the pics she thought were best and even swapped one for me that I wasn't quite sure of. Naomi did her job with expertise beyond her years and I could not be more grateful. I would like to thank Donald Ross for the quick sale of our home, From the initial meeting with Fraser Stewart, then Maureen McInnes ( Sales negotiator) very professional and courteous, they made selling very easy and we were always well informed. Property Advisor's Callum Gott, Will-Johnston Aitken and Elliot Masterton were also fantastic very professional.

We offered a price for a 3 bed flat they accepted and told us we had it subject to our lawyer getting in touch with them they didn’t even give us 16 hours over night and they came back and said they had received a better offer we feel this company used us to push someone else to go higher and feel that is bad practice by them, offer accepted at 4.30 one day and they didn’t even give us a chance to get the lawyer to call them as next day they cancelled ours and went with someone else

Not a good estate agents in my view when you accept an offer then you must allow a short time to get your lawyer to do there job it was a cash deal no chain money in the bank we sent them our bank details proof of ID and our lawyers details then they dropped us feel it was a fix to get some poor guy to pay more money

What a fabulous team and such excellent teamwork and professionalism. From the first contact with Fraser and a decision on a Friday morning to go with Donald Ross, the team swung in to action immediately. The homebuyer report was booked, the photographer was booked, a solicitor was recommended and we were on the market a week later. I left the keys and left the viewings to Callum. . I was informed of every viewing and the feedback from those viewings. In less than three weeks we accepted a very good offer. Maureen talked me through the offer and kept me informed of the process to completion. A few weeks later the contact was signed.
