recommend this company if you have an airbag ECU fault. The service is very good and price is much lower than what the Peugeot dealer would have charged. Sent on Monday returned Wednesday. Even got great assistance from Abbey on the Web chat on refitting when faults kept showing. Some great tips on possible causes and problems solved.

There is no doubt that this is the company to use if you have problems with your ecu's, fantastic service, good advice and a turnaround time that beats all expectations.
I really do not believe that any of the less than five stars reviews are a true reflection of this company.

Great service and repair to ECU done and returned in a couple of days. Love the way they attach a diagnostic readout to unit.

I saw their website. Their wording was. "Airbag Module Reset and Repair" Cost £30. Their site also said "For anything other than a reset, call first". I phoned and spoke with them, they said to just send it as a normal repair. I asked how long, they said get it posted and we will do it the same day we receive it and post it straight back.

I booked and paid for the repair online and went out and posted it straight away.

When I got back home I received a message saying there was an error and an invoice attached for £60.

I rang them and spoke to a woman, I said it was out of order to tell me to post it and then tell me the cost is double the advertised rate, she said repairs are £60, not £30. I pointed out the wording on their website and she said "It says on our web site that any repairs are £60". I asked her to tell me where but she couldn't, She then told me she didn't like my attitude and started swearing at me and accused me of speaking over her when, in fact she was doing it to me. The whole conversation went downhill with her swearing and shouting at me.

When she finally let me get a word in I said don't repair it, send it back when you get it. She said "I will call you for payment for the postage when I get it". It cost me £3 to send it. A couple of days later I got an email telling me to pay £6 for the return postage.

I contacted a breakers yard and they told me that providing the part numbers were the same, to just swap it for a used module.

He sent me one for £35 including postage and it works fine.

Don't pay these people to get ripped off. Get a used replacement for a lot less money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RETURN YOUR MODULE WITH MORE ERRORS THAN BEFORE. This is what happens, then when you try to get the problem sorted the only option they give is for you to PAY AGAIN to have the unit retested. They hide behind incompetent 'live chat' and a PO BOX address. I am in the process of getting my money back through my bank as this company have just ignored all my requests. THEY EVEN HAD THE CHEEK TO TELL A VW TRAINED MECHANIC THAT HE WAS DOING HIS JOB WRONG!!!!!

Having now allowed crash data to totally deny the facts I cannot stress how much of a mistake it was ever using them. I also completed a survey that they had the audacity to send me...needless to say I have not received a reply. My bank have now been successful in getting my money back and this proves that the company cannot be trusted. If you look at other reviews for this COMPANY you will see they have done this EXACT THING BEFORE, another review states that their module was also SENT BACK WITH MORE FAULTS, these people should be banned from trading. I have notified trading standards and look forward to hearing what rubbish crash data tell them. ALL I CAN SAY IS AVOID CRASH DATA LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TALK RUBBISH AND DENY THE TRUTH... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had an airbag and seatbelt warning light on my Peugeot Boxer. Sent off to crash data on the Thursday, repaired unit was back with me on the Saturday. Online chat person very knowledgeable and helpful.

Service is fantastic fast and quick very safe and was two days to get back my airbag module.
Also they send a list about the fault codes what the module locked.
After the service no fault codes and you able to delete any fault codes.
Highly recommended because the car dealers offer to replace the airbag module £899.

Developed the dreaded airbag warning fault on my Ducato motor home. Mechanic originally said likely to be connectors under seat but they checked out ok. Diagnostic showed 'Control Unit Fault' but garage didn't even know where it was located. Crashdata sent location and removal instructions. Took 10 mins to DIY. Sent Weds pm back Sat am. 10 mins to refit and all is good. No lights, beepers or warning messages!

Sent my Fiat Ducato Airbag ECU with Fault Code B0100 off on Monday. It took the Royal Mail 2 days to get it there - First Class Signed For. Was signed as received at 9.40am Wednesday and I received an e-mail to say it was shipped at 11.25. Received it back Thursady morning. Fault rectified - Great service
