Our Peugeot Boxer motorhome air bag warning light came on, we sent it off on Tuesday, recived a confirmation email on Wednesday, that the module had been shipped back, arrived Thursday with a ticket attached to show the fault found, fitted the same day.
All up and running with no faults displayed on the dashboard.

I thought I would post a review as I have had a positive experience with this company so far. I have a Fiat Ducato and the airbag light came on. Sent for repair and returned and now the airbag and the seatbelt light is on. Decided to phone Fiat. Took it in and they were useless. £120 to tell me no airbag data on the module so can't do anything apart from whole new part. Phoned back crash data. Spoke to Chris this morning. He straight away asked if my mileage was flashing (which it is) and so he very quickly advised the ECU has not been fitted correctly, explained in detail how to check it and is also sent me a video to recheck it.
I will do this tonight and hopefully problem will be solved.
I am not friends or family just a complete independent person who is thankful for a positive experience. I have not had the same customer service from Fiat.

Have to say this is an excellent service with repairing my airbag module and prompt delivery turnaround within two days and also followed up with advice after I received the module back. The best part is it is fraction of the price than going to a main dealer or a garage to get resolved. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again if the problem reoccurs.

I sent an airbag module to this company for repair, they returned it saying it was repaired and told me to check the battery was holding charge as that was possibly the original fault, I fitted a brand new battery and fitted the air bag module. All was well for about 2 weeks when the airbag light came back on. I contacted the company by email and they advised me to send it back to them and they would again repair it but I had to pay again. I sent it off and when it was returned I asked them what was wrong with it and was it repaired but they just ignored my email. I tried phoning them but the girl in the phone was extremely rude.
I sent them another email asking was it repaired, what was wrong with it and did I have to do anything before I fitted it but their reply was short stating the module was sent back with a test report attached, the test report just said the module could not communicate with anything.
When I refitted the module within 5 minutes the airbag light was back on.
I wish I had read this companies online reviews before wasting my time and money dealing with them. Not a company I would ever use again. Cowboys.

Hi thought I ought to leave an review to try and save other people having trouble with this cowboy company, had my airbag module repaired?????? With this company only to have the repair failed first time out with my campervan, ie light back on, on phoning them up got this really rude guy with a very bad attitude problem!!!
On explaining to him the response was I quote
"SO WHAT" what do you want me to do, SEND IT Back for another repair???? Another
£84!!!! Don't think so!!!!
So a Warning to anyone thinking of using these cowbows with a very bad attitude problem "DON'T"

That is the reason I was upset at your inappropriate reply that was not warranted, if you cannot accept any truthful negative review then you should not be dealing with customers that keep you in business, I stand by what I have wrote, you know that is what you said, and reading other customers negative reviews on your company, you are not a good person and need to learn some manners and go to some customer service training

Disgusting company to deal with. Ecu returned full of faults and then was told it was my fault and hung the phone up. Save your time and money and use a more professional company

I carried out a job on the information given by the customer as in fact the car had been in an accident to the drivers door to which the fault was stored.
The repair was carried out and the module bolted back to the vehicle before energising the module.

Really? You wasn’t very helpful and damn right rude from the off. And even the customer who sent it said they had the same issue with you to the point they had to keep calling to get the unit returned.
Hanging up the phone is very unprofessional, I even apologised for the noise in the back round of my workshop yet I’m the one that lost my sh!+.
Anyway module has been sent to another company who I won’t name who insist that it’s definitely nothing I have done.
Maybe this has all been a misunderstanding and I apologise if you thought I was rude but being a Welsh man I’m sure you can understand I’m really not rude.
Wish you the best of luck in your continued business but I won’t and can’t recommend you from my experience.

Volvo V50 Air Bag Module CFFF Fault Code Fixed
The service provided by this company was first class:
Made the payment for the service and return postage on-line.
Posted to them from South Wales Monday afternoon. They repaired the unit Tuesday and posted same day. Back in the car (fixed) by Wednesday lunchtime.
Return post even included a small pack of Haribro to chew whilst re-fitting - well pleased.
Miss-sold and poor customer service.
I sent my airbag module off after they said it’s a common fault and they’ll be able to fix it for me. Upon getting it they advised it’s not faulty and wanted me to pay more as they couldn’t fix it- then returned it a few days later. Not impressed, not kept updated and feel a bit stringed along, and they broke promises along the way as kept saying they’ll advise a garage which can help but never reply nor let you know the status of the repair

They use the old chestnut it’s your battery then they say we can prove it when we get your unit back.
But let’s face it we don’t know weather they are telling the truth.
We have right with trading on line.
Stay clear of this company don’t wast your money buy new from fiat.
It will last longer than one trip out.
They are only making money off the back of in my opinion a recall where fiat should step in and do the right thing.
Yet another example of rip off Britain.

Truly fantastic experience and service.
Just want to thank all at CrashData for a truly fantastic service, unfortunately my ECU was irreparable so I purchased a new one from them and still received it next day, posted Monday, returned and refitted by 10am Wednesday. Thank you all so much, specially Jean for keeping me informed. Nice sweets too 😋

We had never heard of this company before finding them using an internet search engine. We sent a Suzuki air bag control unit to them for repair/re-set. The repaired and returned the unit on the same day meaning that our customer was back on the road again two days later.

Posted my ECU Monday, Tuesday Crashdata repaired it and posted it. I received it Wednesday and fitted it. Working a treat.

Quick turnaround however….
Quick turnaround, fault resolved - for one journey - then failed again. Crash data said it was caused by faulty battery, yet battery drop tested and no issues, so left with faulty unit again and no way forward. Will have to pay out again to get it reset with no way of knowing whether it will resolve the issue.

I too have a Peugeot Boxer based Motorhome. The airbag warning light came on for no apparent reason, so I removed the module (a well documented fault) and sent it to Crashdata. It was returned within 24hours of their receipt, fault cleared and a diagnostic sheet attached. I had my vehicle battery checked as per Crashdata’s recommendation and it wasn’t up to scratch, so I replaced it. I refitted the airbag module and the problem was resolved. I did subsequently suffer from communications problems between ECU’s and battery, requiring a ‘proxy alignment’ via my local Peugeot dealer. I think this was because I didn’t follow the correct procedure before disconnecting and refitting the ECU and battery. Be warned….close all doors and leave ignition switched OFF for at least one minute before disconnecting anything. Similar process when reconnecting (+ve first then -ve) but leave ignition ON for about 2 minutes before attempting to start the vehicle. This should give sufficient time for all systems to intialise.
