I had my Fiat Ducato airbag unit repaired in February it failed in April had to pay another fee to get repaired again don't no how long this will last not happy. Garfield O'Hara

My Navara airbag light has been on for months and months, failed the mot due to this, I’d changed the clock spring a d airbag, no success then sent the ecu module off to crash data following a call with a lovely lady named Jean, I had no fault code for her but she was wonderful, had it back to me within a few days, the module was reset and fixed and the problem is finally solved. Excellent pricing.. cost me £72 and I was quoted nearly £450 from a business in Leicester. Crazy!
Many thanks to Crash data , it had an expensive list of MOT repairs to do, very stressful sourcing parts and people to do the job, but Crash data made this part very easy. I would highly recommend them.

This must be one the best company's in the country. Customer service is fantastic as is their repair turnaround time. I cannot thank them enough for getting our Motorhome back on the road in less than 48hrs.

Clearing faults on "used" equipment is always going to have an associated risk.
I sent my unit it with an internal fault error having already had it "repaired" at another agent. I didn't expect a positive outcome especially when a very personable lady called from Crashdata to tell me that it "was a bit of a mess inside".
It came back repaired at light speed. I fitted the unit and the issue is resolved. I can't recommend Crashdata and their team enough. A sincere thank you from me. exceptional service, I'm delighted.

Airbag warning light on dashboard of Fiat Ducato Motorhome. Beware, the airbag connections are under both front rotating seats. Removed negative battery clip and then the Airbag ECU from its clipped connectors and bolts under dashboard. Simple tasks. Sent to Crashdata, sameday turnaround, very very quick. Faults cleared and even a printed diagnosis sheet.
Refitted easily in reverse order. Brilliant. Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended. Thank you

No idea why peugot couldnt fix my airbag for less than 600. All they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.
Definitely recommend to anyone with what seems to be a common problem.

Same bad experience as below, found the gentlemen over the phone very unpleasant to deal with, not helpful in any way, SPECIALLY AFTER I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES, I was advised that my Airbag ECU would be fixed to the point of plug and play, they now say I need to take it to a garage to fix? you really kick yourself when you get into these situations, don't do what I did and pay for their awful service, go somewhere else, I really mean it. Update: again as you can see, terrible customer service, not even a sorry for any inconvenience, the delivery next day is what I had to paid for, not you.

Just a follow up to my review back on 6th July.
My customer went to Fiat in the end, and they fitted a new airbag ecu which took a long time to get, but fixed the fault. It still has the same battery, and alternator (which you were adamant was damaging the ecu) there was nothing wrong with anything else, just the ecu that you so say fixed, but when i revived it back it had more faults than before.
Reading a lot of posts on here, the unhappy customers seem to be mainly because of your after sales...basically, you seem to think its never your fault, and are not willing to help out in any way if there is a problem.

Absolutely first class service, sent my boxer motor home air bag module off for repair, back with in 48 hrs , refitted all good. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely Brilliant. My old 2003 Passat 130 TDi had an airbag light fault and the garage told me to scrap the car. I sent the SRS module to Crash Data who told me I had a the problem with my car battery and fixed the SRS module - which had 2 faults. Had the battery tested and despite it being less than 2 years old, the battery was indeed faulty ! Replaced the battery and now all good ! No fault lights. Fantastic communication and brilliant service from the folks at Crash Data. Thanks.

Great service from start to finish. Initially I went on the website to start the repair order process but as it was a known airbag fault (not crash related) the webpage requested that I contact Crashdata.
The next day I contacted Crashdata and was told that the repair would be £84 if it could be repaired. They also had spare ECU in the event that mine could not be repaired.
Sent my ECU tracked delivery, it was turned around the next day, they even provided a copy of the test results that were completed on my ECU.
The ECU came with a warning sticker to ensure that the battery was fully charged before refitting as it could cause additional damage which I thought was really useful.
After checking that the battery was fully charged, as expected I refitted the ECU and the airbag warning light was not showing.
From start to finish my experience with Crashdata has been excellent, I just wish some other companies could take a few lessons of customer service from them.

Absolutely fantastic service. Sent my airbag module for full reset as no comms (Ford Ka). Day they received it they had it repaired and back in the post for next day delivery.

Sent my Fiat Ducato airbag cpu to crashdata as they said they could repair. It was returned but didn't work.
Sent it back and that then said it had a fault code they couldn't repair.
Expensive gambling. Wouldn't recommend very unsympathetic no warranty.

I have just had my Fiat 500 airbag module repaired because of the no communication fault by this company, and received 1st Class Service.

I rang first to confirm which repair I needed, and received polite friendly advice, followed by super fast turn around of the module. I had it back within 48hrs of posting it, and once installed my car is fault free again.

Sent them a mini airbag module for a software reset due to fault code 93D7, came back with that fault gone but now has 9 other faults, tried to reprogram with several tools but the software is corrupted.
Contacted crash data to simply ask about it (was not complaining) and straight away got a rude response, it was basically 'you've misdiagnosed it' 'there must be a plug off somewhere' they would not even entertain the idea that it could be something they have done, when I mentioned about sending it back the response was 'well not really'.
We've since fitted a new module and programmed it, now is all ok.

I'm not writing this review to try and get any money back, I've taken that cost as loss and moved on, but the aftersales from this company is absolutely shocking,

My elderly father had problems with his airbag unit on a Fiat motorhome. Crashdata repaired the unit but then the fault reoccurred… transpires it’s a known unit fault from substandard units fitted by Fiat. Anyway sent it back to Crashdata to look at again and reset. I had a phone call to not only let me know it was being pasted back but also that there would be no charge! A very kind gesture … and great service. Wish I could say the the same for Fiat! Thank you Crashdata!

Perfect sent off my airbag module after a code saying internal error ..and air bag light flashing (mot failer)....they had it back fixed 2 days later couldn't have been faster considering I'm in Somerset they are in Liverpool..I am chuffed as hell .plugged back in to truck all fixed no air bag light ..Happy happy happy ....Nissan wanted £1090 for a new module these guys sorted it very fast for £79 including return postage...a Massive saving 👍 I can't thank you anough ..and it came back with a free bag of Harribo to munch on whilst I refitted it ...absolute brilliant service 5 stars 10 out of 10 thanks 😊 👍 🙏

I posted my module to Crash Data @ 15.45 on 28th July
it was returned to me @ 11.00 on the 30th.
I reinstalled the unit into my car but the airbag light was still on. I contacted Jean who advised me to put the car back on the Diagnostic machine @ my local BMW garage this I did & hey presto NO LIGHT.
Excellent company to deal with & I can highly recommend them. My local BMW garage couldn't believe I had got the module sorted so quickly & so cheaply.
Once again 100% recommend Crash Data

I bought at ECU reset for my VW for code 0003, i paid over £115 including postage, they said they repaired the ECU but they honestly did nothing other than claim they had repaired it when they didnt! I called them to ask if they could have another look at it but didnt offer any help and were so rude it was ridiculous! worst customer service i have ever received and a total waste of money. i will never use this company again.
