I can’t recommend Britannia enough. From ordering the door to the installation, they were excellent and kept us informed throughout. The quality of the door is fantastic and the installation process was faultless. The door looks great on the house and the additional security is reassuring.

The whole process from the Rep to the installation was flawless. The front door was amazing quality and the installation was quick, clean and professional. We love the finished product and won’t hesitate to use Britannia again. Great job.

The double glazing job was completed very well from start to finish. There are a lot of different people used but the process worked well and the installers were excellent. The roof line experience was not good. The main problem being that they are based deep in Hampshire and therefore could not give such an individual service from so far away. I’m not even sure all paper work etc has been completed months later.

Paid a premium to have triple glazed French doors fitted in March 2025. I was surprised on fitting to see a 1 cm gap at the bottom of the doors filled with a strip of plastic called a gasket as this cant have the same thermo- efficiency as triple glazing. Unfortunately this has shredded and needed to be replaced and the doors adjusted to stop this happening. To date a total of four fitters( including the original fitter ) have adjusted the doors and each has told me the previous fitter had not adjusted the doors properly ( a training issue?) Another fault was a 'clunky' action door handle hopefully now fixed. A fault we did not report was rusting screws fixing a hook and eye we replaced them ourselves with stainless steel screws (poor attention to detail).
Trying to contact Britannia re these faults was a nightmare phones are not manned a recorded message states your call will be returned, never was despite many messages left. Same goes for complaints form on web site. In desperation we visited the showroom twice. very poor customer service.

Well once again we are over the moon with the service and product from Britannia. Our new front door is fantastic we are totally in love with it and it has upped the kerb appeal of our property tenfold. Paul Wilkinson as always was a pleasure to deal with. The fitter, although I didn't get his name, was professional and did a great job installing our new door. Very neat and tidy. We are excited for project conservatory in a few weeks! Thanks again to the Britannia team 😄 10/10 service and 100% recommend

The team at Britannia were great, George was our sales rep who was really patient and clear with the options available to us. The fitters were also great really quick and friendly they were prompt in the morning too. The reason for a 4 was I found when I emailed or called customer services I struggled to get an answer and often had to contact George for a response. Overall great though!

Mark fitted our window with the minimum of disruption.an exellent job,highly recommended

I have had several patio doors, windows and composite doors over a period of several years. All were competitively priced but most importantly were installed to an excellent standard hence my repeated purchases from this company.

I worked in the window trade for thirty years so i have some experience of what many companies offer ,I knew of Britannia Windows reputation so had complete faith in using them for my own house ,from salesman John to fitter Adam they are a very reasonable and professional company,probably the best local company in the South West

Good communication and great service from everyone who came out to the property - especially our fitter Marc Glynn who did a fantastic job installing the new door. The only downside was that the timescales initially quoted were optimistic and it ended up taking a little while longer for the installation to be completed.

Had all my windows and patio door replaced by Britannia, the process was fairly smooth and they helped to clarify some pre installation questions about the property structure. Installation was straight forward and was completed quicker than expected, however the final finishing around the windows was not great as chunks of brick / plaster had fallen out and this was filled with an inappropriate filler which just fell out of the large gaps. Beading was also left chipped / broken at the corners. There was also lots of screws left over the drive which could have ended with damage to tyres if I had not used a magnet to clean up. The quality of the windows is ok, some of the plastic welds on the frames look messy and I ended up having about half of the glazing units replaced as they were either marked or had debris in the units. The customer service to get these issues fixed was great, the issues were reported and with no issues the windows were replaced. I would recommend Britannia as they have good offers at times but would advise to check the units carefully after fitting.

From the salesman Richard Tincknell to the installation crew Tim Potter & Vincent Friend on Day 1 & Marc Glynn on Day 2, the whole process went off very well. The installers worked efficiently and cleanly so no mess to clear up afterwards. The front door and 5 front windows look great and there are no issues at all that I am aware of. Sorry I didn't get the name of the surveyor but he was quick and efficient too.

Paul Wilkinson was great, very personable and friendly. He went though all options for our French doors and back door and gave us valuable advice.
The fitter was extremely tidy and left everything just how it was before.
Would definitely recommend them and will use again when needed.
Great to support a local business where good service is paramount.

The builders and fitters I have no complaints whatsoever, the company though are shocking. Great communication at the beginning, paid deposit then it was a shambles. Building surveyor came out to do final measurements to then be told we needed planning permission oh and another £1000. Heard nothing for ages only knew it was happening when my neighbour said they received a letter from council. Given the go ahead then the water company came out. Sorry we can’t move your manhole. Was told by Britannia they do planning permission first which basically cost us £1000 for nothing. So we decided to just go ahead with the porch which never needed any planning. What a joke that was, nothing had been ordered so more of a delay. Then given a date to be told oh there a 6-7 week delay for the roof as only the frame had been ordered. Bearing in mind the deposit we paid basically covered the whole cost of the porch. It took 6 months in the end. Now they are saying I owe more money than the VOC I received. No one replies to your emails and only call when they want money. Would never use them again.

Everything was professionally handled and ran smoothly.
The office team were very efficient in handling our order and the installation team were excellent.
I would not hesitate to use Britannia Windows again.

Quoted 8-10 weeks to fit- it took 4 months. They ordered the wrong size windows, that took a month to rectify after trying to get the window fitters to bodge them in but they refused. They left my kids upstairs windows mismatched to the rest of the windows and not sealed from the outside for a month with no window locks despite me telling them that my son had fallen from a window and locks were essential. Had to keep covering furniture, moving furniture and taking down blinds etc for no shows after I had rearranged my work too. All the time told I will get compensation and at the end them when completed told me no. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

*EDIT: trying to twist the narrative with their reply. A surveyor came out and agreed the style of the windows with me, hardly an extensive consultation! When the window fitter came around 13 weeks after paying (after I had chased it) he told me the windows weren't the right size. After installing one window he couldn't get a finger either side of the open window to the brickwork, let alone put any trim around it. He told head office and they said to put some silicone in the gap instead of trim! It was a 2 inch deep gap in the brickwork with visible insulation and they wanted him to squidge some silicone in. He refused. I had to make an official complaint and point out with photos that every other house in the street has trim- as did mine before they took it away. They remade the windows because they cocked it up- lets not twist this here. They then made dates to rectify it and cancelled less than an hour before when I had rearranged work, moved furniture and covered everything in dust sheets, having 3 kids to get ready for school in the morning too. The manager assured me several times that they would compensate me and apologised profusely. I got to the point where I asked to cancel as they hadn't kept their side of the contract but he insisted they press on and I would be compensated generously at the end. Since then the window fitter, customer service manager and the manager involved in my case have all jumped ship. The new manager then said no to compensation when it was (finally) complete- note that even the new window fitters commented that they were unacceptable windows. After more emails and phone conversations they eventually gave me £150 compensation- I paid £6300. To try to twist it now into being my fault on top of all that is an insult.
