Very pleased with our new, composite front door. From first appointment to survey and installation everything was dealt with by friendly and helpful staff. First appointment much less pushy than a previous company and more competitive price. Very helpful at office when we rang with a query about the lock. Installation on time, quicker than expected and lovely neat job and tidy up.
Will be returning for new windows soon.

All communication from Brittania windows was excellent from my initial request to final visit. I was allocated Emily who kept me up to date on everything. I was given an appointment date and time for the fitting and the guys did a great job, very polite, clean and tidy and the door looks beautiful! A reliable company.

New french doors installed replacing patio doors. Work carried out efficintly, cleanly, friendly workers who were considerate and made sure the threshold was smooth and as low as was possibe. No mess left

Really pleased with windows. Britannia are recommended on hard selling, etc. and the installation was surprisingly straightforward the installer was really professional and tidy.

The replacement double glazing has really freshened up the building, making it look brighter, smarter, and better maintained. The new windows have also improved security and are expected to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.

A special thank you to the whole team for their assistance throughout the project. Their efforts have delivered an excellent result that will benefit the building for years to come.

Very disappointed in the installation process and the service I received from Britannia Windows.
The bifold windows are fine, the quality of the product is good, but it took over 28 weeks and 6 visits for it to be finally completed. When the windows were first installed there were no vents so I had to tell them this wasn't compliant with the regs. It took an age and multiple visits for them to admit they would have to replace the panels.
When I put in a complaint it was dealt with by the same installation manager who was also chasing final payment. The fitters were fine but co-ordination was severely lacking. Was offered 2% discount for the inconvenience and delays.
I will go elsewhere in future.

We had a replacement conservatory fitted and experienced great service from start to finish.
Our salesman Paul Wilkinson was very personable, and friendly. The surveyor Lee Andrews was very thorough and pointed out a few things that would be beneficial.
Our fitters Tim and Freddie were simply brilliant, their attention to detail was incredible and were extremely tidy and left everything perfect.
Rachel in the office in Clevedon kept us informed the whole time so a good team effort throughout.
I would recommend them & we will use again when needed.

Had new windows installed in September highly recommend them. All staff were really helpful. The quality of the windows and the work is great. Lee & Paul who did the installation made a really good job of them, everything clean & tidy when they left. Good service all round

They were good when we placed the order. We had a new front door & patio doors fitted on Wednesday, however on the evening the glass in one of the patio door suddenly shattered! It had clearly not been installed correctly. Since then contact from Britannia has been really poor. A guy turned up on Thursday to put cling film over the door & that’s it! No idea when the door will be fixed & no response to our emails! Really poor service.

In response to your message Britannia - you were not in contact the day it happened, as I have said someone turned up the next day and put plastic wrap over the door - that was 8 days ago and the door is still not fixed . Your response and communication has been extremely poor - please don’t now try and imply that I’m not telling the truth!

It's super annoying and a red flag. Do not waste my time!

Had a new back door and frame replaced. Communication was excellent, from ordering to final installation. Workmanship was excellent and everything was left clean and tidy.

Our experience of Britannia Bognor Regis has been exemplary and very good value (by far the best quote) We needed a new front door and with the wide choice changed our minds 2 or 3 times, but the design and planning teams were happy to update everytime. The installation was slightly hindered by a slightly wonky wall, but this was sorted by some extra hard work by the installer. We would highly recommend Britannia, Thankyou
