So disapointed we went ahead with the order on the basis of the lead time being 3-4 weeks. We have now been advised of the instal date after chasing and it is almost double the lead time.

We found our experience of Britannia to be very professional from start to finish. We required a bespoke design for a long lean-to conservatory with large opening doors with minimal visibility obstruction. The salesman, Paul, showed great patience thro the many design / cost iterations, ably supported by the engineer Lee.
Come installation time, the fitting team, Tim and Freddie, worked extremely hard all week. They were always polite and explained the steps that they had to go thro. They were tidy and cleared up each day.
The end result is everything we were hoping for, the result of great teamwork and expertise from the Britannia team. Thank you.

From start to finish excellent service and great value for money, installation done within a few hours with great fitters and took all the old away.

Bob and Terry arrived on time, proceeded to do the replacements we had ordered. Worked quickly and efficiently taking out the old and fitting the new. Clean up after themselves as they did each unit. Explained the workings of the doors and windows. Very pleased with the finished work.

Just had 2 Upvc doors done which I am very happy with. The fitters did a really good job and left everything clean and tidy. They handle-d everything really well.

Great service from Britannia Windows for the installation of 5 new windows at my house. Their communication was excellent from survey, through ordering and installation. The fitters were great, putting down dust sheets indoors and then leaving the site clean and tidy when they had finished the job.

Found CTG an excellent company to deal with, they kept me informed throughout. Fitter was friendly and professional leaving the area of work clean and tidy.

Avoid this company the price is good but work provided terrible. Waiting for the after sale to sort it out but they don't even answer a phone. First every screw in the windows looks like a 5 year old would fit it. They damage walls in 2 rooms and the wooden ledge using some kind of cleaning chemicals. The door needed to be readjusted on hinges after 2 days don't really think their products will last to long

Totally surpassed my expectations . After initial meeting with Paul Wyuts who was exceptionally helpful and professional I had no hesitation in engaging Britannia to fit a large sliding patio doors - excellent communication throughout . Fabulous team of guys did the installation - Paul &david - vv organised clean tidy and thorough installation really knowledgeable I thought windows/doors were just that but these are a different level - extremely smart - I was dreading having work done but what a fantastic experience - would highly highly recommends them 10/10 thank you guys

I sadly would not recommend Britannia and wish I had listened to a local link who told me of her prior bad experience of their customer service. It was a disaster from start to finish, with 1st appointment missed, wrong glass fitted, and the final visit to correct it resulted in my carpets being stained as the fitter didn't bother with either dustsheets or wiping his feet. Despite his apologies, the company denied responsibility . An unprofessional nightmare & so disappointing.
