A replacement oven was sent to me immediately so I was not without an oven. Threy sent me a return label promptly so I could get the old oven returned. They were just very nice to work with.

I called with a question and the gentlemen said he needed to send a message to the tech team and before we finished our conversation the tech team responded. My question was answered. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, professional and helpful.
We love our new Smooth Wave microwave. This is very similar to the Breville microwave we had just retired after 15+ years.
